    What an interesting video and recipe. I'm tempted to try it. I've only had octopus in Japanese dishes before. (I think the phrase you need in English is 'bite sized pieces' )

      Thanks. Yes bite sized pieces was what my brain refused to conjure up while I did my voice over. Octopus this way has a very mild fish flavor and a nice consistency.

    I've heard European doesnt like octopus. I was wrong?
