Not exactly. The process in the video is only for LEGITIMATE COMMERCIAL mail, NOT for spam. Real spam is hard to filter because the spammers change up the characteristics all the time; that's why some of it gets through even Google's excellent spam filters.

That's really not so bad! I've worked with people who had hundreds of thousands. Just put out some soothing music and go for it!
