You are correct. The bottom player had the highest card in the lead suite. That is my bad for not noticing that the bottom player had a 12. After re-watching the viseo it looks like I just egnored the bottom player. I need Rezvan there to correct me. Haha. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for watching.
I might be hearing this incorrectly, but could you just clarify the play at around the 9:00 minute mark? So, the first three players have played their first cards, Yellow, Blue & Green. Player four comes along, but assuming they don't have any Yellow cards, they can place ANY colour in any slot?? Surely that only applies to the slot which is currently yellow? If they want to play into Present or Future, would they not have to play cards to match whatever suit has been played in them?
I can see the confusion. The 4th player can choose to place in any slot. If the choose to place in a slot that has a lead suit played, and they do not have that suit, they can place any suit down in that particular spot. They still have to follow the lead suits in the other slots. I.e. If the fourth player chooses to play a card in the past slot and another player has already played a yellow suit, the dourth player has to play a yellow suit; if they do not have a yellow suit, they can play any suit into that slot. The fourth player may also choose not to play a card in the past slot and choose another slot to play a card in which they have to follow any suits previously established. Hope this clears it up. Sorry for the confusion.
