As a young black man in America this video shows just how life can be once you get disciplined and stop at nothing to pursue your goals. It’s not easy. Neither was majority of our childhood’s. Every day is another opportunity to go get it.
Well I’m a young black man too I started a business here where I live in Central FL. An I’m been nothing but focused to promote it even tho I’m unemployed so I’m hoping this stagnant feeling ends this year the past few months been super tough after I got laid off..like I put so much effort into it using the last drop of gas
Yes momma! Our babies need to be loved and shown how to love themselves, it's tough with this society. Marketing is its own form of psychological warfare. Music industry is no different. Marketing brands to make people poor, pharma drugs by name, criminal activity to maximize privately own prison profits. It's a trap.
You can see why Trey is the top % in his branch. Dude flows with energy and calmness around him, closing deals is a natural state to him. Just oozes of respect and decency.
There are thousands of them across the country but keep low profile. The media is so used to showing blacks as the face of poverty and dysfunction, forgetting those of us doing great. I know a brother that develops luxury homes in high brow areas in California for celebrity buyers, upwards of $30 million. Another brother who owns one of the largest steel companies in my state. Another one that owns a private jet leasing company. These are all young brothers under 40.
He's dropping true gems. You have to protect your peace and mindset at all costs, even if it's family. I noticed when I removed that negativity from my life my businesses are booming and I'm in overall a much better space physically, emotionally, and financially. People will emotionally and financially bankrupt you if you let them. So proud of him. Definitely will support this brother and wishes him nothing but continued success 🙌🏿
Trey and the other beautiful inspiring beings make it look seamless, but people don't know how monumental it is to pull yourself out of the harsh environment; when it's all you know, you work 10X harder. Andy he's down to earth, appreciative, and lighthearted, and gives back! So happy for them.
Some people were gonna make it no matter what. Guys like this were meant to live in America. They absolutely kill it and deserve all their success and everything that comes with it. Does it mean they are interesting people? No, not every time. Does it mean they provide anything of true value to society? Not necessarily. But the people who go from rags to riches in America were just born to do it and deserve it. They have that spark man no matter what they came from. It really is an amazing country.

Fully agree. As much as i despise the whole hustle/grind till you die mindset I have to say these guys were very grounded. There's always a big difference in personality and values between those who start from the bottom and succeed and those who inherit wealth.
@AbhijeetKundu the way he talks. Even a corolla driver can be an ahole. It depends on how you present yourself. You're one of those negative people i assume
Man I love these guys Jamaican immigrant and a former addict. Own my first property first Rolex first decent sports car. This video encourages me so much more to go. His mentality on sales is what has made me so successful in car sales. Im going to stay in the car industry build my connections and my end game is to be in wholesale and auto recycling.
As a new business owner look out for these types in the car that pulled up. 24:00 I grew up in the hood, and no one plots your downfall more than the people that look just like you or even grew up with you. Everyone wants a piece of *your* cake.

Wowww small world I was on 14th street in ATL a while ago, I pulled up to a red light and seen this brotha in his Rolls Royce. He looked at me and waved, I waved back and we both kept it moving. I got positive vibes just from that simple wave 👋. I wondered what he does for a living to have such a nice car and here we are weeks later this video randomly showed up on my UA-cam recommendations to watch. You can just tell when a person is about positivity and this guy is it. Glad I found this video. Proud to see a brotha getting to it. Hope he keeps leveling up! 🙏
I appraise houses... I swear the top producers own real estate and that is where they make their money... they sell real estate for their connections and income for banks. Brilliant plan, but you have to HUSTLE... I tried one property and decided I was happy with one car and one house LOL
Trey, what a wonderfully inspiring interview! My father was very negative person and it is draining to have that in your life, so I appreciate you pointing out the importance of having positive people in your life. And I agree that what you put out into the world, returns to you - that is a Spiritual truth! You seem to be a kind and thoughtful person, and we can use more of that in the world. Thank you for sharing your life with Peter Santenello, who's videos I love to watch, I wish you continual success and many blessings! And thank you Peter for finding the most interesting people to interview. I have never watched UA-cam as much until I find you - now I'm up late at night following you! I didn’t grow up in the hood and my parents were still negative. We were upper middle class blacks. I’m impressed with how he was able to see past his traumas and remain focused. Some of us are still trying to figure it out. I definitely feel him on only being around positivity and protecting your energy.
When he related growing up in the hood to negativity, I don’t think he was referring to his parents or within his household .. the entire environment and the people within those surroundings has an overall negative aura, unfortunately 🙏🏽
I grew up Middle Class. I ignored my doubting parents and made something of myself. Middle Class is the worst: its limbo until you realize how the game is played. At least in the hood, there is alot of hustlers that can somewhat give you a glimpse of what's obtainable.
@@thebabbler8867 i'm middle class and were doing alright. Not because my parents are doubters but it's because we didn't grew up in the hood, i'm in Copenhagen and trust me just cuz it's a nice country and all and it's in the EU doesn't mean we don't have a lot of scum areas, we do have a lot of those ghetto, dodgy / sketchy types of places. We moved here from Jakarta where we lived for 10 years. I wouldn't say middle class is the worst for me it's opposite, it's nice and makes things easier
@@thebabbler8867 see that’s why I feel like I was put in a great situation. I grew up in a middle class area but my mom was pretty poor and a single mother for 4-5 years. She was getting paid very little at her jobs so she always had small side hustles and businesses to make extra money. I grew up in an environment where I could see what was possible from my rich friends, not have to deal with problems that people in the hood face like higher crime rates etc. but still felt what it was like to only have what you need and not what you want. Extremely blessed and geateful

I admire these brothers and all that they've accomplished. Seeing this makes me want to push even harder. 👉In the USA, It is very easy to recognize an African-American guy/girl luxury car in the streets. Its when they show their very own african seeds, when lineage shows up, whether they do it conscious, or unconsciously, they will always let us know from 3 miles away a rich black individual aproaches to you in a Mercedes Benz. A study has shown that 89% of ''Wealthy'' black people in some way has done bad taste Alterations, modifications or customizations to a real Luxury Car of their own 🤭 Brands like Maybach, Bentley, Roll Royce, Ferrari, Porche, Aston Martin, Lexus, Mercedes etc, hate whenever one of their Top of the Line cars are ugly modified by US Africanamericans, where most (95%) of the indigestible and nauseating taste phenomena occurs.
It was a pleasure listening to Trey, especially what he said about music and how much we need positivity and encouraging people around us, definitely cut toxic people out of life for good. Great motivational speech indeed
Fantastic episode! I love Trey's mindset. His focus on seeing and feeling getting his listings BEFORE it actually happens is exactly the behavior I like and am also striving to do. I love that he has stuff to show for his positive mindset and outlook. He does not pay attention to negative stuff -- especially news and politics -- which I promise I am giving up right now (that stuff is like poison for me, but addictive like crack at the same time). I understand, spiritually speaking, that nice cars and homes is not "the all", but given the proper context -- his willingness to clearly imagine what he wants AND to then do it -- well, then the homes and cars are the "proof" along the way that whatever he's doing is working. Great video!
Because a few are able to make it out of America's impoverished communities, or any community, does not mean the environment is not holding most people down. It is. America must change its laws and restructure to end poverty and provide fair shares and opportunities to all. Congratulations on your big success Trey. Don't forget your people in Valdosta.

I’ve watched Peter’s content from time to time and notice he shown a lot of footage of brothers is the hood, which I’m sure he understands different people more and respect them but seeing this clip is very uplifting and inspiring for a lot of people (especially black people) I lived in Atlanta for over 20 years from the Mid-West and one of the first things I notice when I moved here was how progressive Black people were… it was unbelievably new too me. As I met people from different places over the years I was told that was the main thing they notice as well. Now I am nooo where near brother Trey level of success, but I have reached levels in my personal life that I didn’t think was possible. I really felt his “never give up” mentality. I appreciate the inspirational powerful positivity of this brother Trey! “Anything is possible with the right mind-set”. God Bless Us All!!
Wow, I’ve been in Atlanta almost 10 years now and I had the same experience. I didn’t grow up impoverished, but even with my multi cultural environment, It very quickly became apparent that Atlanta was black Oz. Primarily on the south and west side (buckhead/perimeter and up 400 is all Indian/middle eastern territory). I started here in the cascade area west of camp creek. That was the first time I felt inspired like that. Going to Publix and seeing black people pull up in Maseratis, Benz’s and Aston Martins (at that time the real estate market hadn’t bounced back from 2008 yet so today I’m sure black money has 10x’d post-pandemic) Granted there is always those who stretch their expenses to LOOK like they have it more than they really do, but as an experience, I don’t think there’s anything else like it in the world (outside of Ladera heights)

Very inspiring, I'm from and live in Atlanta, and it good to see black entrepreneurs that's on the rich side and dropping knowledge on how they came successfully ..
Coming from the hood myself I understand what he means by most "people are negative". They're struggling. They're exhausted and angry. All that energy stains the air and if you live in that- you feel like your situation is helpless and you will "stay " like your stuck. My mom got me out of the hood. She bought a hse and the change in environment was shocking to my senses. Beautiful homes, nice cut grass, it was safe, people greeted you... It's not enough to dream. Taking action is just as important. Stay at it. I have a fixer upper- but I love it. I live far north- I always loved nature. My dream was to be around it. I still want a lakehouse. Anyway- great video😁
Right lm in a situation right now that’s temporary but around a lot of negativity it’s very stressful especially when you’re a positive person . Unfortunately a lot of people today are stuck in darkness and it does effect the atmosphere very badly you get targeted for being a breathe of fresh air . Unfortunately too a lot of homeless people are angry it effects others who actually need help just gotta pray about these things

Outside of vacationing and being able to retire whenever you want cars are pretty much one of the only reasons left in why most men want to become rich. As a single man with no kids I think these houses are nice but we don't need all that space. I live in an apartment and I've pretty much turned my den into a bedroom and the actual bedroom is completely empty. And you can't be a rich man dating, getting married and having kids because you'll eventually get screwed financially at the end when the woman divorces you.

Extremely happy to see a brother doing so well, positive, humble, educated and still grounded. This guy is amazing 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Very inspirational...I LOVED how he basically said "get yourself right mentally & spiritually FIRST" before anything.

Anyway- great video😁
they need to hear more success stories like this and a mentor to help them succeed
I’m poor in a rich neighborhood, and they hate me
That's why i dont talk to homeless
Right lm in a situation right now that’s temporary but around a lot of negativity it’s very stressful especially when you’re a positive person . Unfortunately a lot of people today are stuck in darkness and it does effect the atmosphere very badly you get targeted for being a breathe of fresh air . Unfortunately too a lot of homeless people are angry it effects others who actually need help just gotta pray about these things
@@SharlenesJourney Hi Sharlene , good morning! 🥰 I hope my comment didn’t come across as intrusive. Your words reflect the kindness and beauty of your heart, which moved me to respond. I don’t usually comment, but I believe you truly deserve this compliment. If you’re open to it, I’d love to be friends. Thanks, and God bless you! 🌺🌺🌺
I’ve seen a ton a interviews of people who have wealth or who have made it from the bottom but this one is by far the BEST!!!!💯
Unfortunately a LOT of people with wealth are arrogant and boastful and only into themselves!!
However, he seems to have a profound understanding of BEING and the understanding the true meaning of life which is to make it and give back (help others)!!!
The interviewer also asked a number of good questions!!!
Best wishes to you both & more success!!!

Peter's are the best videos on UA-cam. Each one is an adventure that teaches us something.
Atlanta has some unbelievable beautiful homes, my cousin lives there and love it. My in laws live in Chattanooga,Tn and they go to Atlanta all the time. Keep up the great work, Keep raising to the top Trey. Great video
I'm so happy for these guys! I've lived in Metro-Atlanta most of my life, and Atlanta is definitely a diverse and beautiful city.
Atl filled with homeless people stop liein 🤦🏾♂️
@@luh4_ just like every other city. Quit playin
@@luh4_ so is LA, San Francisco, and New York.
@@Sammy2g3 yea no shii im saying he said it’s beautiful n i said stop lying
@@luh4_ beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Love that they acknowledged that the fancy stuff is just for business and that it doesn’t actually matter in the big scheme of things. So many people get caught up in that they forget the real substance of true wealth in America is so much more than fancy shirts and cars that depreciate the moment you drive it off the lot.
What they are acknowledging is that they can write off the purchase price of those cars as a business expense.
@@johnwayne2103 u can't write off a car unless u rent it out or it weighs over 5,000 pounds... but it is a networking tool to meet other rich people and potentially do more business

This is so inspiring! Wow! Trey…spiritual awareness..everything you mentioned in this segment is enlightening and very important. Keep doing your thing.
one of the best pieces of advise i ever received was "read/audio books and success is a long distance endurance race not a sprint" anything worth having takes time.
I’m not a “The Secret” kind of guy, but this guy is such a powerful and valuable communicator. His advice on how to deal with negative people in your life is fantastic. (13:35). Thanks for introducing him.
It's good to have boundaries with toxic people, but the law of attraction is witchcraft.
1 Timothy 6:10 - For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
Same, I'm not into the secret either but this video was inspiring!
The secret was definitely wack. Bt I know some people that it has worked for them
Yes he is so right ... because those Negative Jealous People ...they speak to Drag You Down...they do not have the Guts or the Goodness in their Soul...to just Shut Up !..He is a very handsome man and beautiful man ..his eyes are Soulful ..he looks like he has Water sign with Leo in him)
I lived in a middle class area and this man shows never just be comfortable with a goverment job with a pension. Shift your mindset and anything can happen. I chose today to do so. Great content.
Congratulations on hitting one million subscribers Peter! You definitely earned it and certainly much more to come :) Love your channel man, you keep it real
so good to see 2 men who understand the game but are of great moral compasses
Love seeing this side of the A, keep showing us, keep inspiring!
This makes me wanting to start grinding with my real estate license. Also based out of Georgia. Appreciate you making this video!
Fell in love with EVERYTHING in this video - great personalities, humble, dignified, driven, positive, lots of love and of course intelligent.
Trey is soooo inspiring.Much love!!!he should venture into motivational speaking too.
I am so proud of Atlanta and props to the rich brother but the properties shown are in Hampton GA. This is about 30 miles and 45 minutes South of Atlanta.
Glad this was not only a display of wealth, but actionable advice ! Thank you both !
It’s great to see these guys are doing well for themselves. Spread the positivity through this world. We all know we need way more positivity.
I like how Trey spoke about being spiritual and concentrating on positive energy. He's not even trying to be religious or self-righteous, or convince anyone he has all the answers, he's just speaking universal truth about how to go about life.
And Jesus Christ is King 👑
@@KellyP_ Nope. He didn't say that. There are lots of other faiths that practice positive thoughts and clean living.
Trey is one heck a guy. He is Real as Real is. Grounded , Humble , Spiritual and Motivated . Great clip. I'd definitely go through Trey if I choose to buy in Atlanta.
As an Ol white GA peach I must say that Trey is awesome! How could anyone not be proud of him. He would make an outstanding motivational speaker to kids out there living in the poorest areas of the ATL.
Good video. I'm realizing I'm slacking on reaching my blessing. Been in GA for 5 years now, and need to get my head in the game. Positive energy is a must.
This is exceptionally inspiring and makes me so stoked to see. I am going to show my kids this in hopes they learn to be inspired by your success.
I really enjoyed these guys. Happy for them and much success. As an business owner myself it is hard work and does not come easy. keep pressing forward never stop never quit do not be your own enemy.
That message that you should also leave your parents if they are negative was a message I needed to hear. I have been alone here in Africa for 16 years and counting because my mom lives in America and my father lives in another country here in Africa. Both are very toxic people. Thank God I was able to graduate university. But yeah, the lesson here is that parents can be toxic too. And I hope that despite my circumstances, That I make it in the end🙏🏾
This is such a much needed break from the hundreds of videos highlighting the hood and gang activities. Good look.
