Thanks MDM666. I wasn’t disappointed with failing on something I hadn’t practised in lessons before. I realise I have bad habits, like a lot of experienced drivers pick up. Hopefully nothing too dangerous. I intentionally drove as much as possible as I would normally to see what habits I’ve picked up. Like I said in the video, the good thing knowing I would be doing this mock test a few months ahead meant that I started to observe my driving more in the preceding months and re practise getting into good habits again.
Hi MDM666 Yep indeed Lee has turned out to be a very good driver, a few bad habits here and there but that's to be expected after 7 years!! Thanks for tuning in again!!
Hello Ming… been watching your videos for a couple of weeks and must say they’re really enjoyable! I can see how much everything has improved over the months, from the audio/video quality to the things on the screen. I have my driving test booked in Chertsey and have watched pretty much all your videos covering the area (how I found your channel!). My test is at 11am on an October monday, I was wondering if you had any tips for the area at that specific time? Eg, what routes they may use, tricky areas etc. Thank you and keep up the good work
Hi there... thank you so much for your positive comment and kind words... it's people like you who give me the motivation to carry on creating content for the channel. Ummm... if your test is around 11am then I'm afraid there is no guessing where the examiner might take you as around that time of day there's hardly much traffic around any of the test routes. If you've watched my videos you'll know about the potential tricky areas... one area where I'd pay particular attention to is the roundabouts near St. Peter's hospital... they are tricky!! If you watch my crazy and tricky roundabouts video, it may help!! I wish you all the best and good luck for the test!!
@@kmkldrivingschool hello again Ming, I have now watched your roundabouts video. Perfectly explained thank you. Those roundabouts near the hospital certainly seem tricky, hopefully I can get the hang of them in a couple sessions in the area. Overall, to me it looks like the Chertsey test routes are pretty straight forward, not too many large roundabouts or crazy junctions. Do have one concern though, you took a lad called Billy out on a mock test all the way out to Egham. Would they actually take me out that far in my real test? Thanks.
@@igig9324 hi there... Billy lives in egham so we just started the mock out there and drove towards chertsey. In my experience they probably won't go as far as egham but virginia water is certain a possibility.

Excellent driving Lee, you clearly taught him well Ming!! It's unfortunate that one of the new manoeuvres caught you out!!
