I had stage 2 breast cancer and chose lumpectomy, radiation and chemo. They put me on anti-estrogen pills. Felt awful and wondered why dr kept giving me bone scans. I asked and he said it was because anti-estrogen pills caused bone density loss. I asked if there was a way to get off and he said that food contained estrogen so no I had to have the pills. I said well I guess that I won’t eat foods with estrogen. He told me that I couldn’t do that because all meat and dairy products contain estrogen. He told me that people were unwilling to stop eating those products. I did not fill my next prescription and immediately went to you tube and found Forks over Knives video. When I went back to the dr, I had lost 20 lbs, felt so much better and colesterol was 100 points down. The dr was happy until I told him what I was doing. Haven’t been back since. That was 12 years ago.

What a good "team"! I have followed both for years. I had a colon cancer scare, when I was 50. I was healthy and mainly plant based, but years of toxic food added up. Even though I was not overweight, and vert active. I say get that colonoscopy. But I realize there are different opinions on this a procedure. But if I didn't go.when I was 50, I would have full blown colon cancer, and had no idea.
Although, I do fully believe in health starts at home. I am now 56, healthy, fit, and active.
In NO meds. Plant healing is real. What you put in your mouth, no matter the age, has a remarkable effect😁

Rochelle, I have Chris's EXCELLENT 10 module series on beating cancer, his book: Chris Beat Cancer, and his new book: Beat Cancer Kitchen. I have devoured each one of them! They are invaluable sources of information not only for those who have cancer, but for those who want to prevent cancer. I've used his information to help my husband, some friends and numerous others to find healing. One friend had stage 3 Prostrate Cancer, heard my testimony of healing naturally, and asked me what he needed to do to find healing. He said he didn't want to do chemo, radiation and surgery, and would I share the information with him. He followed the basic protocol that Chris did, and within 8 months was declared Cancer-Free! BTW, The recipes in Chris's book are not only healthy, but they are tasty. We have been drinking his healthy veggie, fruit smoothie for breakfast every morning for at least the last 4 years and NEVER tire of it, it's delicious!!! We also drink his juice recipe everyday and not only is it healthy-full of nutrition, and cleansing, but it's delicious! We actually crave these two! May God bless you with good health and peace as you continue your journey!

Are you following a whole Plant Based diet and Intermittent fasting?
The first thing when i wake up as per Ayurvedic Dr.'s and Articles I read from an Indian Dr. in the US he says drink just plain Lemon juice. I squeeze one Lemon, add just a little Himalaya salt a little cracked Pepper and mix in a little cold water, add a little Luke warm water and sip this before eating any fruit. If you can find Pomegranates eat these whenever you can. It is one of the best ever super fruits. Do your own research and see the benefits. Once you learn how to cut the fruit its easy. There are some Video's showing this... avoid wearing light colours when cutting this fruit as it stains the clothes...
There are lots of Cancer fighting fruits and Cruciferous Vegetables you should eat in Salad Form with a home made dressing to avoid any sugar contents...
As per many researchers, i have read 3 kiwi fruits fixes the DNA. I have them almost every day when i have them in Stock, Pomegranate, green Apples, Oranges, Mandarines, Raw Mangoes with just a little Himalayan salt and Pepper.
I drink Aloe Tonic as per instructions mixed with a little Vitamin C powder.
If you can make Aloe Juice would be better and mix it to your veggie smoothie!
I had my first appointment at the Hospital where they would do my Tests first and follow with the operation in a few weeks time to one month. I have early stages, however they will be doing a CT Scan of my entire Body to see if the Cancer has spread to other areas as i have a rare kind that spreads to other areas... I will refuse Chemo! I live in Europe and the Dr. I have is a female and is a friendly sort I can talk to from the feeling i got.
Exercising/speed walking, Meditating everyday, being around positive people, avoid stress, and good sleep is very important.
Wishing you lots of good luck and Blessings🙏💝🍀 You are not alone, we are together on this journey💝🙏 Cami 🤗

I don't blame you I won't let them put me on any medication for Cancer. Then you need some estrogen because of bone density problems. I have osteropenia I don't osteoporosis. I regret getting the mastectomies but out of fear because of the Cancer. Then I couldn't just walk away & deny it. I know it's either I do something about it or die. But I want to do what is healthy & nip the Cancer in the bud. I agree with Chris that these doctors use their drugs to get more money. And to make you more afraid to do your own research.

I was diagnosed in January 2023 with breast cancer. My surgeon said that I cannot have a lumpectomy, instead I have to have a mastectomy and it may be better to have both breasts done because I have "the gene". I told her that I wanted to go holistically. She replied that nothing has changed when dealing with breast cancer and if there was another alternative, everyone would be doing it. I was so depressed when I left her office, I took a week off work just to get myself back together.

He mentioned the "cure" rates for things like childhood leukemia. What they don't often tell you is how these kids are frequently damaged for life due to the treatments. I know one young woman who has had really hard learning difficulties due to brain damage from the chemo, and my friend's 17 yo daughter is now on the heart transplant waiting list because of the damage done to her from chemo when she was 7 years old. So she survived the leukemia, but she may now pass away from heart problems. She will always be counted as a leukemia success story, though. So sad.

I am on a strict Plant based diet. I was Vegetarian for a long time. Now i am Vegan. I also do intermittent fasting 12 - 16 hrs. Have done almost 3 days fasting too. Sometimes 1 whole day. When i break my fast late evening, I have a plate of Fruit, atleast 2-3 from; Kiwi, Apple, Blue berries, Mandarine, Orange, Pomegranate, Banana.
I drink 4-5 cups of green Tea, Aloe Tonic, Lemon juice.
Have a big Salad, of Cruciferous. Veggies for Dinner.
If i am having Bread or Rice. Just a little wholewheat Rice, or a Slice of wholewheat bread with sautéed Cruciferous veggies...
Hope i can cure myself with these and not have to do Chemo.
    And ofcourse exercising... speed walking...

That's very similar to what my situation was, but I skirted the chemo because it wasn't advised at the time. Only you know what's right for you. Trust your instincts on this. If they recommend it and you feel you should, honor your desires. If you don't want it, you get to choose. I myself didn't feel comfortable going without knowing I didnt' have the healthiest habits at the time. I'm not an expert at this, I'd say Chris is much more of the cancer expert

Give them some grace. We already know Drs are not taught about nutrition. Oncologists are not monsters. They are also human beings and being an oncologist is an emotional and tolling profession. What you see as "scaring you into the industry," is them just doing their best to convince you to do the thing that they were taught would save your life.
Every health care professional knows that 90% of patients will not take personal responsibility for their health even if they have good intentions to. Mostly, people just forget to change their habits. People will also rebel against advice and "homework." It's rare for a patient to be fully compliant to advice that involves personal responsibility if there are no immediate results.
So, it's no wonder that with something as serious as cancer, Drs tend to take over.

Chris had successful surgery for his stage three colon cancer. Complete remission with long-term survival happens in 50% of stage three colon cancer patients without chemotherapy. Basically Chris is a testimony to a successful surgery. I’m not saying diet doesn’t play a role, I am a high-raw, vegan myself. I am seeing that a minimum of 50% higher in younger people have complete remission with surgery alone. So this is a testimony to a successful surgery.

I was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer HER2 positive in 2022. I was told there’s no cure but I refuse to believe that. I change my diet, mindset and remove chemicals out of my home. After 1 1/2 years of treatment and having continuous clear scans. I was told by my doctor if I stop treatment that within 6 months cancer will have metastasize over my body. I told my doctor I’m keeping my faith. I decided to stop all treatment and try to heal naturally I did that for about 2 1/2 months only to find out a 5 cm mass grew on my pancreas ( this past December 2023) Now I’m back on treatment. I’m hoping to find a group or information on how to beat this certain type of breast cancer or connect with someone who’s had a successful healing outcomes.🙏🏽

There is no conclusive evidence to suggest that a plant-based diet alone can "beat" cancer, as cancer is a complex disease with many contributing factors.
While some studies suggest that a plant-based diet may help slow the progression of certain types of cancer, it is important to note that cancer treatment typically involves a combination of approaches, including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, surgery, and other medications. These treatments are often critical for controlling and potentially curing cancer.

My (non-medical) advice is the same as Chris'. Take your time to decide. Join Chris' Square One program....it's free right now!! Watch all of those videos. Once you've done that, you'll be in such a better headspace to decide. You cannot decide about mastectomy until you've gotten all your test results back, etc.
