Sir in routine ovulation induction, should we give HCG injection in every patient?
The reason I get so nervous about progesterone levels is because of that study done in 2015 which showed progesterone over 30 on the day of transfer had very low success rates. I only have 2 embryos left I just want to give them the best chance. The study said to keep progesterone between 10-20! That seems low to me and doesn’t really support the latest research that you speak of

You always have exactly what I’m looking for! I triggered on Friday with HCG and my transfer is Wednesday (3day embryo). I did not know HCG increases progesterone. I am supposed to start my progesterone today but am afraid it will be too high for my FET. Will the added extra progesterone hurt my pregnancy chances in an FET or is that just for fresh cycles? I’m leery on starting the progesterone injections when my body is making its own as well. I did femara day 3-5 then triggered Friday. I had 4 follicles between 16-18. My estrogen was 170 on Friday the day of trigger. I am doing 2 estrogen patches every other day which also concerns me because I will in theory be making my own progesterone and estrogen

I am taking HCg because studies show they increase testosterone levels. Also i ran steroids and I want to have bigger gonads
Yeah, it helps your body to begin producing testosterone again from what I know
@@choosefreedom4725 You know if it have the negative feedback loop that other synthetic hormones like testosterone have,i am thinking to run a cycle from my problem after i have used finasteride,i wonder if the result will remain?

@@MetatroN197924 finasteride messed me up good. My urologist placed me on clomid. Check with your specialist. It gives you a nice bump
