Making the most delicious Vadde/Vedah

- The jury is out on the spelling of the name of these tasty fried snacks. But everyone agrees that they are the best fried snacks to have before or after a meal, with tea!
Ingredients
2 cups pea dhal (soaked overnight)
2 dry chillies (soaked for an hour)
5 cloves of garlic
2 tsp whole jeera
2 tsp dhania powder
2 tsp jeera powder
2 level tsp salt
2 level tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1 medium onion finely cut
2 green chillies (add more or remove for according to taste)
8 stems of spring onion
1 handful dhania leaves
1 large mug of oil for frying
