There really isn’t one tell. You’ve got at least half a dozen different factories in China producing these super replicas. On top of that, you have people swapping in genuine dials, crystals, and even cases or bracelets. The only reliable way is to open the case back and use a loop to inspect the movement. Actually, it's hard to tell considering the modern technology of watch factory in China. I need to make the statement first that I have a real 15710 and a 50 fathom. However, I still love to play so-called fake watches. They also use 904 steel with the same material of the shell, however, with poor waterproof performance and poor inner works (sea-gull). The truth is luxury watch has its inner significance, on the other hand, Chinese fake watch, they are fantastic actually, you know what? with the same KIF. We know how to differentiate it that we need to open the lid and the rotor, check the detail. Purchasing the real watch is magic because we can enjoy great watch with great service (high maintenance fees as well to support their luxury strategies and advertising campaigns). However, I still love to play the Chinese fake watch and would love to exchange the inner works with eta cosc, just like the race car, with the same shell, however, upgrade the inner part. There is a saying about a luxury thing. “If I drive a Porsche and wear a fake one, people do not believe that is a fake watch; if I wear a real one to take the bus, people do not buy that I wear a real one.” I spend 20,000 USD to buy a 15710 and need to spend at least 5,000 UDS to keep it working in the near future. Normal watches something likes 7750 heart or evenTourbillon are no longer about advanced technology. However, luxury watches could reveal your social level if you are in that class.
Just 5 secs into this video, side by side, i noticed the one on the left, the logo is not centered with the 12 hour marker. Unlike the one on the right, it is well balanced. It sure is the real piece
I have no problem admitting I have a collection of Replica watches. I have always been into watches & used to be a buyer for a watch distribution company in the UK (Fossil, Zodiac & a lot of fashion brands), reason I bought the reps is because I love the design of the watches I bought but since I have been researching the relevant homages & watches from smaller brands, I no longer buy them, and in fact, hardly wear the reps anymore. Namely because: A) some of them are bad copies to the trained eye i.e fluted bezel slightly too thick, dial detail not exactly to type, B) although I have a nice house, I drive a modest car, you don't see many people stepping out of a VW Passat with a Rolex sky dweller lol and Finally C) They are not fit for purpose, whats the point of having a dive watch you can barely get in the shower with? Now, I have an Orient Daydate (which actually looks more classy than my fake skydweller), a Phoibos PY007 instead of a sub, a seiko 5 explorer instead of a explorer 2, I also got a couple of Parnis (only because I couldn't find any better looking homages to the Pepsi GMT on a jubilee that had a ceramic bezel & also the IWC Portuguese with a open heart) OK, they are no premium watches but I love them just as much and more importantly they are fit for purpose! Now I just gotta get rid of these pesky replicas!
I agree Eric buy the seller not the watch, a good and honnest watch seller will always sell good watches and never sells fake watches. It is difficult to know if a watch is fake if you don;t compare it to a real watch. The fake gold Rolex can be detected by the color and the weight of the gold because fake watch makers will not use real gold. It would have been sad for a person to spend $30,000 on a fake gold Rolex Submariner.
I do believe that some of the sellers do not know that they are selling a fake watch, to be fair some dont even know how a watch works anyway. This is why when i detect a person with a fake watch im not sure if he is a faker or simply got scammed by someone. Most are fakers though. There are several youtubers as examples naming the one from the virgin islands (i think thats the name of his channel) that did wear fake watches (rolex) and now that they get the real deal they come with excuses for why they did it. The deal is simple, many scammers that do not have what they need to make theire scam more legit, mostly by looking rich, they start with fake products to make a rich impression to scam people out. Thats why a guy comes to me full of luxury brands, fake or not, i will always save myself by increasing save guarding. My father got scammed by some of those several years ago. When the deal is to good to be true, most likely it isnt true. It does not mean that all great deals are scams, sometimes is your luck factor playing along you, so just there is the need to analise the deal more to the letter to avoid being scammed. I cant count by fingers how many already tried to fool me. Unfortunally being one of them successfull about it (he had legit luxury cars, several real estate properties and was investing in my country), but lets just say i payed him to learn a lesson instead of saying that he did scam me, since ive learn from that scam. Being it to never fully trust in anyone neigher in myself. Myself because i was aware by that time of what the humanity was capable of, and still i did fully trust of what i did learn until there to make a decision that did cost me some. Today i do support myself learnings (that are limited) with several others (above mine learnings indeed and besides being still limited, the combination of it all makes it less limited in a sense), to make sure that i will not lose way more of what i could spent on theire support. Not that i blind trust theire support but they are a great backup to avoid myself being scammed "that easly" in the present and future. Deep down i just hope that one day i can fully rely on someone else without the need to always watch my back, but something tells me if that day comesby i will get backstabed. The day of i fully rely on someone it is inevitable and that person will be mostly certain a life that i will bring up to this world since im playing become a father someday. That being said i can just hope that my kids come right minded otherwise my death sentence, figuratively or literally speaking, would be already set from theire birth
China: Thanks for the tips.

Eric you can start a second career as a watch authenticity consultant for people buying used watches and watches on internet e commerce sites.
Go on for an hour and a half then. I'm in bed, scratching my balls with nothing to do

bos mag kano ang repleka na rolex na peke.
Just 5 secs into this video, side by side, i noticed the one on the left, the logo is not centered with the 12 hour marker. Unlike the one on the right, it is well balanced. It sure is the real piece
i have the same watch how can i know it is original
I have no problem admitting I have a collection of Replica watches. I have always been into watches & used to be a buyer for a watch distribution company in the UK (Fossil, Zodiac & a lot of fashion brands), reason I bought the reps is because I love the design of the watches I bought but since I have been researching the relevant homages & watches from smaller brands, I no longer buy them, and in fact, hardly wear the reps anymore. Namely because:
A) some of them are bad copies to the trained eye i.e fluted bezel slightly too thick, dial detail not exactly to type,
B) although I have a nice house, I drive a modest car, you don't see many people stepping out of a VW Passat with a Rolex sky dweller lol and Finally
C) They are not fit for purpose, whats the point of having a dive watch you can barely get in the shower with?
Now, I have an Orient Daydate (which actually looks more classy than my fake skydweller), a Phoibos PY007 instead of a sub, a seiko 5 explorer instead of a explorer 2, I also got a couple of Parnis (only because I couldn't find any better looking homages to the Pepsi GMT on a jubilee that had a ceramic bezel & also the IWC Portuguese with a open heart)
OK, they are no premium watches but I love them just as much and more importantly they are fit for purpose! Now I just gotta get rid of these pesky replicas!
terry bauer Parnis are nice. Have you seen the Bliger? Almost the same but the Parnis seems better made.
First thing i spotted was the lugs and the endlinks.
ANOTHER GREAT VIDEO 👍

You can tell easily with gold Rolexes. Just look at the Gold. Super tell.
Yes, it would be sad indeed. No reputable seller that cares about its customers is going to sell you a fake watch.
That being said i can just hope that my kids come right minded otherwise my death sentence, figuratively or literally speaking, would be already set from theire birth
do another one on ap royal oak real vs fake
Ridiculous video. Why pick gold model. Much more difficult on ss
You missed one... the ETA based fakes have a missaligned crown compared to the real one or a 3135 clone based fake.
