A small bit of feedback if I may. While browsing the site to find player deck lists, I happened to see a thumbnail for who won the whole tournament "lifting the trophy X player". This was at the beginning of my journey watching this tournament, the whole thing spoiled. Maybe I'm being unreasonable, but it would be nice to be spoiler free somehow for at least a few days. There's got to be a way.
These are the deck archetypes. One is a control style deck in bant colors (white, blue, green), the other is a deck of legendary creatures in esper colors (white, blue, black).
hi everyone, i don't understand the spot of JD with Ertai vs Otawara.. Channel ability can be counterted by ETB of Ertai ? i thought ability Channel can't be counterterd no ? Ertai can counter spell, actived ability and trigged ability but Channel is not a spell, actived ability and trigged ability so why Ertai can break Otawara ? it's consider like a trigged ability ? thx
Greg's deck is neat but I think the lack of card advantage outside of Beanstalk (granted, when you have it it's great) is what is going to hold this archetype back from being a top tier contender
It's a pity that we can't see the cards in hand, and those black/white cards are really horrible for live coverage, should be 'banned' p.s.1 - 35:45 it's not 2, but 4 points of damage as wedding announcement gives +1 p.s.2 - how sheoldred ever came through playtesting must be one of the bigger mysteries...not only is it extremely overpowered, it's just also very unfun to play against

100% agree. I wish the set up the playlist in order from first match to last.
Agreed. Especially sucks that the top 8 matches have the players faces displayed so prominently
Thanks for the warning by the way!
at first i thought Greg was just really good at fanning his cards lol...
Two great representatives of the game here in Greg and Jean-Emmanuel
Questions: I'm new with this... what are those "bant control" and "esper legends" ?

Channeling a card is an activated ability

You mean outside of beanstalk, sunfall, deluge, wandering emperor?
I hate the fast-forward stuff man, ruins watching the game imo.
