I have been looking for inspiration to create a "lobster bisque" ramen using some local ingredients. I am planning on creating a tomato paste tare - maybe infusing the olive oil with lemon. I really appreciate all of your videos!
dude. this is great. I'm Italian with a love for ramen. often I'll make 'ramen' with leftover pasta sauce and chicken broth. never thought of infusing the basil with the noodles. does the flavor of the basil actually come through? great video.
Hi Dave!! Thanks for watching the video!! Actually , I came up with this recipe inspired by Italian food. Noodles have a good smell of basil and go well with tomato soup!
Thank you Bruce!! My noodle machine was made in Japan about 50 years ago and it is difficult to buy it in your country. . . There are so many inquiries that I may sell overseas someday!

I love your videos! This is great, creative, and very educational. I think the Umami of the Tomato from this soup could also go well with beef.
