Leave it without any accents, however the wheels you could go for the Performante gold colour. Either way, the car looks MEGA now then it was ever before! The true menacing look of what the STO should be. Cheers!
I'm a huge fan of the original spec. That white was yukky to me. And with the yellow accents, I didn't have an issue with the yellow itself, but the shade of yellow. To me, it looked "cheap" in contrast to the Viola Bast, which is a drop-dead gorgeous color.
This is a “classy” wild spec. The yellow/white were crazy wild specs. My favorite version was the yellow, the way it popped and contrasted just made it scream Lambo for me. The white was too much with the white wheels, but without them it was also a good look in my opinion. Idea. Put lime accents to match the Zenvo, do the same to the van and do a tour with all three.
Shmee, the STO is an amazing machine. When all is said and done, it is your car and you should be able to do with it what you like. With that said, I do like this more factory look of the car. For some reason, with the contrasting yellow or white, from the front the car reminded me of a catfish. The car is already a wild looking ride but with it being one of the last V10 being made I think the OEM look gives it a touch of class to go with its wild character and I think that is fitting going forward for a car like this that will also be a future classic.
It looks so MUCH BETTER. If you want to do something crazy just wrap the whole pink/purple with chameleon color or something but it looks beautiful now.
I have always said I think the OG spec looked meaner and more aggressive, but ultimately much more classy as well - made the colour pop more too!! Glad to see it back (however brief it lasts :D ) But I also know its your car and it's you that has to drive it, be seen in it so it's up to you how you choose to customise it to your taste - at least this is reversible when you choose to sell it! LOL
I looooove the original spec! But Tim, you should do your thing!!! As you say (25:00): Taste and colours are always gonna go down to individual preference.
I wonder if you made the contrast into silver, a little lighter than you have now but not quite as shouty as the yellow or white. Love the STO no matter what colors are on it!
I personally loved this car with the yellow, and I loved it even more with the white, and white wheels 😂 but I support whatever you do with it, because it's still such a sick car, and very unique spec, and hey, it's not mine, and I couldn't afford it right now in the slightest😭
The white was better than the yellow, but the factory look is so much better! But I like your willingness to experiment with different looks & such... But the factory spec is my favorite.
I love it without the yellow/white accents. So much cooler and really makes the viola pop! If anything i would have made the wheels silver or bronze color as a little contrast.
I think the white accents definitely looked the best, however, I think some light gold accents akin to those on the launch spec of the SVJ63 special edition would look amazing with the wheels returning to white with gold centres?
Hi Tim. Love your work. Little advice, you should not change things, just because people say so. The car is an extension of your personality, and it`s a lambo. It should have is own character, and shout at your face. The viola - yellow was a cool combo. If you like it, it`s all that matters. Best regards. Keep up with the good work.
Looks mega back in the factory spec, never really bonded with the yellow or white - the STO is just such an insane car on its own that there's no need to go that overkill on the accent colours. I hope you end up growing to like the original spec.
It's nice to have a car n the fleet that is interchangeable no one is doing that it keeps it fresh and fans can have imput so annually the livery that gets the most votes the car runs in for a year give 3 options and take a poll and GENUINELY HAVE THE FAN CAR
I have to agree with you Tim. While I was looking forward to you removing the white, now that it's done, I don't love it. I'm trying to think of other color options. Maybe silver accents, or some type of 80's florescent color? Lol. I know you will get it right. Cheers!
I loved the pink from the beginning - it was the yellow combination which clashed and respectfully looked aesthetically compromised. Tom’s idea of the white however was perfection!!!!!
I would keep it like this, it looks amazing in this "original" spec, MUCH better than the white or yellow accents. Everything just works...but at the end of the day it's your choice.
Hi from Puerto Rico, love the car I would recommend a thin pinstripes all around the bottom to match the calipers and interior. I think I would be the best of both worlds
To be honest - I wanted to like the yellow, but I'm unsure if I ever got around to it. The white was a great choice - really set it off. Now, back to black - I do like it. Be interesting if you wrapped the Viola Baste a different colour
Saw the car in person at Knebworth, last month. Its the best purple colour I've ever seen. It's jaw droppingly stunning!!!!! Do the car whatever makes you happy!
It definitely looks better imo with the Viola Bast and black accents. Maybe you could wrap over the viola bast in a different colour? But I think maybe keeping the black accents makes it look so much better. At the end of the day, it’s your car, you have to be happy with it so just do what makes you happy.
I definitely liked you initial “Outlandish” redesign with yellow accents. In the Lamborghini Austin showroom last week I saw one Viola Baste with neon green accents. AWESOME! Go with your heart. ❤
Im glad he finally was honest about the spec. As excited as he's tried to be about it, it was obvious that he struggled with the spec after taking delivery. I know colour specs are subjective but the STO being motorsport derived would look absolutely killer in plain old white with exposed carbon bits. That being said, it looks a heck of a lot better in its delivery spec than it does with the yellow or white accents!
I know everyone has their own taste but I don’t know how you can dislike this spec at all. I’m not a wild color guy but the spec on this car from factory is just so good. I don’t think it would work for me on anything other than a Lamborghini though lol. Love that it’s back to spec.
I love the look of it as the factory spec but I do agree with you Tim, it’s your car you should be able to spec it however you like no matter what other people think! It makes it more individual to you and that’s the way it should be.
I really love the change back to black! I think it looks more aggressive and how that car should look in my humble opinion. The best part is you can do anything you want to make you happy and to heck with haters! We all have our opinions and I enjoy watching you have fun with it!
I thinkt the "original" viola bast with yellow accents was my favorite. Around the time when you wrapped the STO is when I subscribed to your channel, so I have some kind of connection to that spec. It still looks great in the factory spec and I liked the white and purple, but the yellow wrap was my favorite. Anyway, great video, as usual. Keep doing your thing!
I have to say, I think the yellow and the white distracted from the wonderfully outrageous body colour. In my opinion, the bright plastic stick on bits just serve to cheapen the look of this fantastic lamborghini. Live with it for awhile Shmee and I'm sure it will grow on you.
Tim, don't listen to the haters. They don't matter. You do you, it's your car. If they don't like it, it's their fault not yours. I really really liked it with the white
Best decision you have ever made, I don’t usually comment but I had to to let you know it looks way much better like this , looks way more mature and the colour is still unique but adding yellow to it or white was a big no no
I am so happy you change back to original spec, it looks magnificent. specially you change the wheel back to stain black. I hope you will slowly grow on you and keep this spec forever
The white looked insane and with the yellow accents it looked just perfect. But now with the factory spec it’s as if something is missing. In my opinion, do what you like but I wouldn’t go full yellow this time in favor of yellow pin-striping to cater more to the people who are boring. Or do something new, like I said it’s your car, do what you want to it.
I'm with you Tim, wasn't sure at first, but it's the White for me, I never warmed to the Yellow. The factory spec is awesome too, its going to look off for a while when you remove such a highlight, give it a few days.
It's devastating that you've felt you had to listen to everyone about changing the car back to factory! 😢 you should be able to have your car how you like it Tim 😞 I personally loved the viola and yellow ❤
Come on bro, you really think he did it because of the viewers? It literally had no second hand market previously. its like driving a corvette with chrome wheels which is perfectly fine in America but not in the UK. its too brash.
@@isurumw6119 so you think he's gonna sell it again? I can only assume he lost money in buying it back, unless the dealer was feeling super generous. I don't know why he'd be on the verge of getting rid of it a second time unless it was permanently

I liked the yellow, it was exotic and a good combination with the Viola Bast paint. The white was…unique, definitely bold and not for the faint of heart haha. As incredible as the stock look is, I like the flare you added to it, even if it may have been bold sometimes.
That is how it looks best. Yes yes the yellow and white bits looked crazy bit this is a STO and it should look bonkers and seriously and NOW it does!! Now I love your STO!
I think it looked better with the white contrasts. The black doesn't look bad, but I feel like the white suits the car better. If you are going for a new wrap, check out some different variations of pink (bright, light, deep, gloss, satin, etc), or something like that, I think that would be interesting to see. Maybe there will be too much pink, yet maybe there won't be enough? Who knows untill you try! haha
Shmee you’re normally great at speccing vehicles but with this one you got it right from factory, the bright contrasts just simply aren’t it on this vehicle
Like the legend Shmee said, STO is all about theatre, drama and pure loud statements. Make it scream, make it louder and angrier. I’d say, go for a full wrap….fiery wrap. Nardo grey with hot orange accents. Killer look. Anyways, I trust your judgements, you’re a legend in the car world. Salute to you Shmee 🫡
After seeing it without the contrast colours and the Black wheels back i agree with you Tim! I hate Black wheels on cars, that's my personal preference But on the STO Purple with White wheels and accents suits the Lambo so well.
Add verde mantis accents around the car, not full, but what about like striping in the matte carbon areas like a thin stripe on the back of the wing a thin stripe across the bottom of the side skirt, that sort of thing. It would be more subdued but still gives that pop of craziness. I think it would look pretty good and would give you that flare you are looking for.
I know it's too late, but it love to see them black with the face of the wheels in silver. And the accents in a rich purple metallic. Maybe if I get an STO I'll try that on my own Hurracan.
It’s your car, Tim! Do whatever you think looks best. We’re all here to watch you enjoy your cars. Keep up the great work!
I must admit I prefer it as per factory spec. The white was cool but I prefer the “slightly” more sleeper look 😉
Leave it without any accents, however the wheels you could go for the Performante gold colour. Either way, the car looks MEGA now then it was ever before! The true menacing look of what the STO should be. Cheers!
Yo shmeee don't listen to these people keep doing you and do it the way you want it. The white was fire.

silver would not look good. Black is the best option with a shouty colour like the viola pasafe
@@all-caps3927 Well that's the beauty of free-expression we can all disagree. I'm with Shmee on this, I don't like the black.
