Not sure of ur exact case. But haven't seen any official info about ielts being must. But to waive off ielts one need admision letter mentioning good language skill plus moi plus good score in language subject in past, which is harder to get for many students.

Yes it will be approved, but your Master degree won't be acknowledged only previous education or other certificates will be acknowledged. For Masters, it's clearly mentioned to either provide final certificate or recent provisional degree.

Also, in checklist the first point is application form print and signed.will they be giving application complete application form after payment confirmation or whatever right now showing on portal we need to print and sign on it and send the documents. @rajat please help here.

I think B2 is the minimum level that's acceptable as general norm, but things can vary a bit depending on case to case basis. Please read checklist at embassy's website, it may have mention of levels needed.

Already mentioned this info in this vidoe. IELTS may be waived in very few cases like if u have letter from Public uni mentioning u have all needed language skills. Plus you can show moi as well. Still it depends on Visa officers.
APS doesn't care about your percentage. University which will give you admission does. U can even try to get admission first and then do aps certification when needed.

If you get the visa before January then it's good to go but in case your visa is delayed then you need to discuss with the university that would they be providing the extension on your admission date or you can join in next intake. I would suggest discuss with the university regarding this situation. They can help better.
I have registered. Do I need to pay the fees seperately because I don't see any notification or mail or any link to pay it. The details provided in checklist do we need to pay the fees on that?
@@gr534 Yes, first registration was done then i have paid the fees through phone pe on the bank details mentioned on checklist. But still didn't get any confirmation for the payment made.

As per my understanding. Embassy ne kahi IELTS compulsory mention nahi kia hai. In checklist, they have mentioned, ki agar student k pass university se admission letter nahi hai jime mention kia ho student has sufficient language skills to complete the course, then only student have to show a language certificate of language in which the course is. To agar university apka language level accept krleti hai, be it basis on anything, like IELTS or TOEFL or PTE or DuoLingo or MOI or just interview, and mention in their official letter that you have sufficient language skills, then that letter itself should be enough as language proficiency proof. So technically embassy ko koi aur proof ki jarurat nahi honi cahiye. But agar you have not give any language test already, and have to give it for getting admission, then it's better to pick IELTS or TOEFL as these are the most popular English test, and Goethe for German. Agar Embassy ko koi issue nahi hua, then wo bus apka admission letter k basis pe hi language proficiency proof accept krlenge, but agar Visa officer ki wish hui to wo apse IELTS/TOEFL (if English course) ya Goethe certificate (if German course) present krne k liye bhi bol skte hai, they have every right to do that. For example there can be these possible scenarios - Case 1 - Uni accepted PTE, gave admission letter mentioning sufficient English proficiency for course, Embassy is happy with it and doesn't ask for IELTS and issues Visa. Case 2 - Uni accepted PTE, gave admission letter mentioning sufficient English proficiency for course, but Embassy is not happy with it for any reason (like candidate have low score in past, or his/her Uni is private or less reliable) then they will ask for IELTS or TOEFL separately. Case 3 - Uni accept your language proficiency based on PTE or MOI or DuoLingo or any way but does not mention it on Admission letter that you have sufficient language skills needed for the course. Then you must present one of the certificate mentioned by Embassy on their checklist like IELTS / TOEFL for English or Goether for German. I hope this clarifies things. Plus, this is just based on my best knowledge. Also, do write an email to embassy (specially Kolkata consulate replied more often), to know if you still need IELTS/TOEFL even if your uni has given you an admit letter with mention of language proficiency. Only embassy can give you right info based on your case/situation.

Language certificate is mandatory while processing visa?
Langauge proficiency proof is must for Visa. Be it from admission letter or any recognised certification like ielts or goethe
