If your 12th board doesn't provide certificate and only mark sheet then it should be fine. Some boards like CBSE provide both, mark sheet and passing certificate.

If you want your entire education to be considered then you must have provisional degree or final degree. Else if you just need to show 13th year education then you can go ahead after finishing 1 year of uni/college studies and then be eligible for bachelors in Germany.

High school certificate can be important for Aps and for visa. Do you have any copy of the lost certificate? Firstly I will suggest if you can try to get new issued. Sometimes atleast digital formats are easily available. And then to write an email to aps stating your situation and see what they suggest.

You should get an affidavit made for it. Notary is for purpose of verifying that photocopies are original. For any declaration or correct affidavit can be attached as additional document.

Please send it as a separate mail/post, along with a document mentioning your application number and unique details. Mention in the letter that you missed to send photos previously.
No issues. If all your documents are complete, i.e. you took print or photocopies of all pages, no matter if behind other page or on separate page, it should be fine.

Along with it write a letter explaining that you missed sending the backside of documents, so you are sending the same documents again, just adding back side to someone of the education certificate, so it helps the APS team better. Also resend the letter of declaration, which mention that all documents sent by you are correct/legal. Hopefully things should be fine, and they will proceed with your application.
Aps can only validate your schooling certificate or degree certificate or language certificate like for German or English. Any other certification or side programs are not covered by APS. You can submit them as additional documents to APS or also to Visa prove, but they won’t be added to your APS certificate.
Then one can maybe look for vocational training options. Also, please check your eligibility on APS-India website, in case you have valid 3 year degree or diploma then you even have other options like Bachelors or Masters based on past education.

You can definitely do masters in Germany. You will have to justify why you want to study master now, and how only master and not work experience will benefit you more. Also, your master course should be in line with your past course or work experience.

U need to show blocked account, plus proof of fee payment of first sem. Soon from Nov 2022, even proof of second sem fee will also be needed, either as fee receipt, or loan approval or additional sum to blocked account. Mumbai counslate have already applied this rule even before Nov 2022.
If you don't get separate marksheet then better get a letter from Dean/principal or someone, mentioning General info that semester based marksheet are not issued by your Uni, so please consider your admission based on annual or final marksheets and certificate. That should be good then. Or if you cannot arrange that, then write a self declaration letter about same, with your signature.

For aps 12th is must as of now. You can look for vocational training courses (with more than 50% work and less than 50% studies, so they are technically job), which are considered like a job. And for job APS is not needed.

If you can easily get then you should, if it too hard, like it will take more then couple of weeks then you may try without it. The thing is they may know that your Uni provide marksheet or not and may request you later to submit it. But it may be worth trying without transcript if it's hard to get one. But if it's easy to get one then it may help in your APS Process, as transcripts can make document verification faster.

Aps will most probably verify the information that you will provide to them with your university. So make sure you provide all documents that you have received. Final mark sheet / original transcript along with provisional degree certificate or final degree certificate should work. If you provide everything that you have received from your Uni.

You need to show that you are proficient in the language of your course. If it’s German medium course then you need to show C1 German proficiency and if English then Show same for English.

@@vivekramanandi3321 APS certificate will have a unique tracking no. using which Embassy or University can see what all documents were authenticated by APS.
They have mentioned color copies under their FAQ section on aps-india website. Both should work according to me, but better to get colored copies if possible.

You should be able to use old Aadhaar, because the Aadhaar number should remain same…

Not needed in case - If person is Ph.D. applicant, whose dissertation supervisor does not demand the document for registration.

I completed my bachelors in Electrical Engineering in year 2015. But now I am interested in doing masters in german language from austria/germany. Can I apply for that or am I eligible to apply as there has been a gap of 6 years.
In between I worked as German language trainer.
You can definitely do masters in Germany. You will have to justify why you want to study master now, and how only master and not work experience will benefit you more. Also, your master course should be in line with your past course or work experience.

Hi Sir, Master ke liye German consulate main kitana money show off karana padata hai, 4 semester study hai usame ka ek ka paid kiya hai each semester fee 5,23,200/- Rs (Euro 6540)
U need to show blocked account, plus proof of fee payment of first sem.
Soon from Nov 2022, even proof of second sem fee will also be needed, either as fee receipt, or loan approval or additional sum to blocked account. Mumbai counslate have already applied this rule even before Nov 2022.
delhi university m we don't get marksheets separately for each semesters, will final marksheet and transcript be accepted?
If you don't get separate marksheet then better get a letter from Dean/principal or someone, mentioning General info that semester based marksheet are not issued by your Uni, so please consider your admission based on annual or final marksheets and certificate. That should be good then. Or if you cannot arrange that, then write a self declaration letter about same, with your signature.

For aps 12th is must as of now. You can look for vocational training courses (with more than 50% work and less than 50% studies, so they are technically job), which are considered like a job. And for job APS is not needed.

It's not needed because APS is only for academic documents verification..
APS only authenticate education credentials and langauge certification. So no work ex should be attached.

If you can easily get then you should, if it too hard, like it will take more then couple of weeks then you may try without it.
The thing is they may know that your Uni provide marksheet or not and may request you later to submit it. But it may be worth trying without transcript if it's hard to get one. But if it's easy to get one then it may help in your APS Process, as transcripts can make document verification faster.

Aps will most probably verify the information that you will provide to them with your university.
So make sure you provide all documents that you have received.
Final mark sheet / original transcript along with provisional degree certificate or final degree certificate should work. If you provide everything that you have received from your Uni.

Sir is it necessary to have german and IELTS certificate or only the college certificates is enough?
You need to show that you are proficient in the language of your course. If it’s German medium course then you need to show C1 German proficiency and if English then Show same for English.

Yes you can apply. and You can use aps-india website's eligibility quick to check what type of education you qualify for based on your past education.

URGENT HELP REQUIRED! I recently created dummy account for APS to make myself sure about things and requirements and in that, I mistakenly filled wrong uni. and college name with correct aadhaar and passport number and now there is no option available for the correction.

I took the print of screenshots of my submission form as well as application form and corrected all those wrong details with pen and submitted that at APS.
I submitted my documents of 21st october and thereby received my certificates by 23rd november.

C1 is accepted usually everywhere be it Visa or Uni, b2 is also accepted at some places but others may need C1.
Please check for equivalent scores online. And +/- 0.5 point should be fine.

They have specifically mentioned for marksheet of each semester plus transcript as well. So if you can send all things then it's better.

copies ?? is that normal or colour copies,
They have mentioned color copies under their FAQ section on aps-india website. Both should work according to me, but better to get colored copies if possible.
