My payment got cancelled. News column in aps site says pay via regular online banking. Should we go to bank to do it or any online transaction like Paytm can be used to transfer and then the transaction reference number can be updated there?

You should get the payment confirmation mail / (If online payment generally you should get it by now) now or in some days. It is better to email them bcc the Embassy/Consulate also. Follow for more :)

Brother i literally don't know anything about APS process, my institute did the process on behalf of me, the documents were attached by them, I tried to pay the fees but it was failed, so the person who filled my application form did it on behalf of me, it's been 6-7 months from July 2023, now February 2024, I didn't get any single update over my application, i didn't sent anything by post to the APS office because I've not been informed by my institute. The attached documents were not complete I mean some of my graduation marksheet were missing, can you please suggest me what can I possibly do to get the things done. ?😢

Hi, I have a doubt regarding the APS fee transfer. My CCAvenue is not working. Can I do a bank transfer? When I do a bank transfer, I am not able to see the IFSC code, only the transaction ID. Can I leave the IFSC code then? and What is the length of transaction number? I have a transaction id of 16 characters. Is that ok?
Sorry for asking many questions. I mailed APS office but got no reply from them.
Regarding the mail, they are already very busy with the ongoing applications. Bank transfer will take too long (months of verification). Just do the transfer, dont worry about the length of the codes if you put the right details. I hope you understand. I think try to apply via a different id or may be again the payment. But please make sure you write email to the APS office regarding the issue you are facing. Hi Kapil, I have applied for April on April and while applying, my online payment got cancelled due to unknown reasons and i had to pay it offline. I have the proof of payment and have attached with the documents sent for verification. However Payment status still shows Cancelled as the initial online payment failed. I havent got any update on the verification details yet. How much long it takes? I am admitted to multiple unis and is really in need of APS to go for this winter sem.
Hi! first of all congratulations for multiple admits. Due to technical issues students have problems while online payment. Right now the most important thing for you to ask your university to email APS for quick procedure for you. Otherwise payment verification is itself taking 2-3 months apart from actual verification. Write an Email to them with a Email Tracker along that mention the dates in which you have applied and if you have classes this summer semester then mention specifically that you have urgent classes starting. Use tracker if they read your email or not also. Which university are you asking about rn (cz a lot of students asked their german universities to mail APS for their urgent process since they have classes in few weeks in Germany) . Believe me it will help. Stay positive.

I wish I saw this video earlier. I accidentally selected offline payment, now it’s been 6 weeks no email confirmation and uni like Goethe etc. want APS at the time of application for wise 23/24. Only the German Embassy you would need APS, so technically you dont need it. BUT only for Bachelors they still are asking the APS certificate so may be you will need it. If you would be studying Masters then you wont need APS

Uniassist will forward your application (Uni-assist will not create trouble for APS certificate) however at the time of enrolment some uni. can ask for it (by giving some deadlines) but you will receive offer letters.

my aps took 3 months , they will call u after exact thrree moths they wont even contact u until then , also after filling form send ur documents by post, u will think did the documents reached or not , they dont even give confirmation for it

Hey , I got my APS certificate about 2 weeks ago, I applied on Feb 10th using bonafide certificate . In my aps certificate its written that I have completed till 6th semester, 7th, 8th semester and final bachelor's degree is not validated cause I did not had them while submitting the documents and also while call verification. I got my visa appointment on 13th July and I got all my documents recently. Will this be a problem in getting visa?

Kapil , i have i applied for aps 3 days back , but My problem is that I'm not able to pay, My payment process hasn't started.. and i am not getting any mail from their side, its showing that my account got activated but till now i didn't get the payment link , what should i do ? Should i go there physically in delhi ? Or i should wait , because i want to take September inake ... Please repy me asap ❤
Hi! unfortunately there are not much ways left. Apart from waiting one of the other way is to go physically if you can / although they have closed the physical submission too now. But I think it is atleast worth trying or contacting them. Subscribe for more important videos :) ❤
