Despite his magic powers, he's probably not nearly as effective at melee fighting because of that. We then get to Billy, who is known for various feats that are very impressive, but the major feats were because of magic items themselves. He only "defeated" the Lich with the aid of a magic gauntlet, which is the only known thing to harm him, and physically pummeling him into the amber of the Candy Kingdom's central tree. Additionally we don’t know for sure how powerful the Lich was at the time when they fought, but the weakened Lich that came out of the amber and dipped his hand in his Well of Power was able to destroy Billy’s gauntlet, so again it's hard to say. I’d for sure say that skeletal Lich, the one from the Citadel, is much more powerful than a prime Billy ever was. Let us not forget that the Lich is the incarnation of pure evil from a Catalyst Comet. Finn, on the other hand, is the incarnation of pure good from a Catalyst Comet. They are part of a balanced reincarnation cycle of good and evil. The Lich never claims Billy to be any kind of opponent. He does tell Finn, "You've bested me in many worlds, child" though.

Bro he wasn’t even a kid. He was a BABY! That’s the scariest part about him to me. A being made of pure chaos, followed by only chaos, wrecked so much havoc in the finale just by BREATHING. Life And death Are very much conceptual beings that he wouldn't even be able to touch.
Lich And Hunson Are the only two primordials that Are currently left alive. Hunson conquered all of hell And lich is his direct equal if not stronger than him.
Lich is also a conceptual Being who embodies destruction And the end of everything.
Cocon is definetly leagues above number 8 but there is nothing to really put him above the others here.
Prismo never feels that strong to me considering he seems so chill and seems to not do much with his powers but the only time we’ve ever seen a real limit to his strength was him not being able to get Betty back from golb which makes sense for why he’s so high
