I agree!! I really started to love him after Distant Lands. I remember while watching it my mom saw him and said: ‘You kinda look like him!’ Idk I found that funny.

I always thought of him as almost a second main character alongside Finn, considering how long his story is
Simon is my favourite character as well. It's crazy how much adventure time made us like him, he's definitely one of the best written character of the series. Which is why I remember you is one of the best episodes.

Fionna is not a skillful fighter like Finn, Cake is not philosophical and wise like Jake, and Gary is not a mad scientist like PB
Gary definitely has a better sense of morality than PB
It is also implied that Simon changed the world when he took off the crown. So ironically the original Finnoa and cake are gone

@@SuperSeasonChannel2003 No, Fionna and Cake have the Ability to nullify Magic and remove it from Things with which they come into Contact. Fionna was holding the Crown and they made sure to make that obvious. Beyond that, the same happened to a Hotdog Knight, a Garlic Bomb and BMO’s corpse.

Thats not how the crown works
I loved this series, it legit brought me to tears a couple of times. These characters I grew to love and sympathize with finally getting closure was heart wrenching yet cathartic at the same time.
"Adventure Time" came into my life when I was at my very lowest and brought a whimsical and fun distraction that helped me cope and will forever have a special place in my heart as a story that lifted my spirits at a time when I never thought I could go on. Cheers, "Adventure Time" though the fun has finally ended I shall never forget you.

Apparently the original Adventure Time script had a ton of swearing in it, but that was just replaced by made up words. That's why swearing feels so natural in F&C.

I *still* think Ice Prince is the last bits of Ice King left in Simon that retracted Inception style to Fionna’s dreams.
There he’s cool, has more muscles, and Fionna’s in love with him, it’s everything the Ice King would ever want.

The one thing I think they should have changed is made the Winter King's crown turn into the Icecream Queen's paper crown, instead of a version of the crown with no magic, since it causes the confusion that Fionna and Cake are specifically draining or nullifying magic specifically. Instead they are turning the objects they touch into the versions from their "normal world". There is nothing magic about the survival knife, the garlic bomb, or B-MO, yet all of them got converted into a butter knife, a single clove of garlic, and an alarm clock. This ability is also not due to the fact that they are from another universe, but due to the fact that they are from a Universe that isn't connected to the rest of the multiverse. Finn and Jake never caused any objects to change on Farmworld, and Simon didn't cause anything to change either. Calling it an "ability" is also a bit misleading, since it happens at random, and isn't something they could ever hone or control.
Maybe the real crown still exists in their world as an artifact, just a non magical one

I love just how deeply Betty loves Simon. She’s a true ride-or-die babe. Got stuck as GOLB and still reassured him that she regretted nothing. Selfless decision after selfless decision, all for Simon Petrikov.
