We demonstrate how to recover a Gmail account if you have lost access to your phone and are logged out of all devices.
Here is our video to prevent this from happening ( • Gmail Backup Account R... ).
You can do this even if you had 2nd factor authentication turned on, if you know your email address & password. We recommend having alternate account recovery methods tied to your account, but it is still possible to recover an account without them. This video was per the request of a subscriber that had lost access to her account.

Tips/Tricks Steps to Recover your Google Account or Gmail Account
- If you forgot your password: Enter the Email or Phone number of the Google Account you are trying to recover
- Answer all questions to confirm it's your account. Make up answers if you are uncertain
- Try recovery using a browser, where Google can pop up and eventually ask you questions. Answer any question presented
- Try until it says too many failed attempts, then vary the waiting period 1,-2 weeks in between.
- After that randomly vary the waiting period by days in between account recovery attempts
- It is important to answer every Google query, even if you have to guess at the answer.
-- For example, it sends a code to your phone #, guess at the answer even though it is not correct
-- If it sends a code to the email address you are trying to recover, then enter a guess at the code
-- This confirms to Google that a human is trying to recovery the account.
- It is best to use the same wifi/internet provider/device that was used before the account was lost
- If possible use a previously authenticated device for account recovery
- The Gmail app on App Store/Play Store allows you to file a direct request for Google support

You have to "engage" with Google at every step. What does that mean? It sends you a code, but you don't have access to the phone where the code was sent. You have to make up a code and put it in. Answer: The more similarities for the recovery the greater chance of success, i.e., same wifi network, same ISP, same computing device, same physical location, same web browser, same computer resolution etc.
Why: Google does a forensic analysis of each device login and compares that forensic snapshot to the recovery device.

So what do u do if u select forgot password but it says there’s not enough evidence to know if it’s my account?
Start with how did you lose access to the account? You have to try account recovery until Google says too many failed attempts.
How do I recover an account if it’s not even giving me an option to try another way? I keep getting the “didn’t give enough information” message and then I’ve had too many attempts. I still have my device I used to log in with previously, but it’s sending verification codes to old number. I also do not have a backup email.
Very you're waiting time between failed attempts from 1 to 4 days. Also even though you have to guess it the code go ahead and enter one. You have to try and break Google's routine of asking you the same questions again and again. You can do this by entering a wrong password even if you forgot the password. Be creative. If you're attempting on a previously authenticated device, same Wi-Fi and internet provider at this increases your chances of recovering the account.
Is there any way you can help me recover my Gmail I forgot password I have a back up phone number on the amount but have no access to that number anymore need help

Account recovery is your only option. Try it from a web browser using the same wifi and internet provider where you were previously logged into.
Hi man, please help. I lost access to my account today. I had 2FA, i had my phone connected, and google authenticator but somehow they access my account and change everything. They or he or she firs disabled 2FA and then setit up again, deleted my secundary email and phone number. Now when trying to login asks me a security key and he set that up to. I dont know what to do man, my entire life is there all images on google photos in last 15 years, my work email, my adsense account, my youtube account, everything :(
Hey I'm really sorry this happened to you. Have you tried account recovery? What was the result? Are you using the same wi-fi, internet provider, and previously authenticated device to access the account? This carries a lot of weight with Google. So it is possible that they might release the account back to you since you're trying from the same location and if you're trying with the same network and devices previously logged in. There is no easy way to recover a hacked account. Is it possible that it was hacked by somebody you know? Using an authenticator app as a second factor is a pretty strong method, even if it's not as strong as a Hardware security key.
@@CyberMedics I tried recovery but after wrong password i get only to sign in with hardware key via bluetooth, NFC or USB. Thet is probaby hacer set up.
