Recipe:
2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
⅓ cup canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ¼ cup strawberries, chopped
⅔ cups chocolate chips
1. In a large bowl, add the sour cream, eggs, canola oil, vanilla and sugar. Whisk until combined.
2. Sift in the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir with a spatula until combined.
3. Fold in the strawberries and chocolate chips.
4. Add 12 liners to a muffin pan. Divide the batter between the muffin cups almost all the way to the top.
5. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
