"Try, fail, adapt". The simple yet so effective way of living. That combined with consistency and humbleness is probably the strongest weapon one can yield in life (That being said, my ass still needs a lot more trails and errors for me to put what I'm yapping into consistent practice)
Very good story!! “Experience without theory is blind, but theory without experience is mere intellectual play.”Starting might be scary but experience is the only way to actually learn and get better
Ruff, your story really made me reflect on my own habits. I've been doing the same thing, getting caught up in planning and preparation, without even realizing it. Thanks for helping me acknowledge this pattern and inspiring me to make a change.
it's kinda like Schrödinger's cat, you can either just keep on wondering whether the cat is alive or dead, or you can simply do the thing, i.e open the box and find out you either succeed or you try again, but you'll never know unless you open the goddamn box in the first place
this is a great reminder. it’s so easy to pretend you’re being ‘productive’ by watching, reading & consuming a bunch of content that fools yourself into thinking you’re taking action. it’s such a vicious cycle
It's quite sad to see comments that joke about procrastinating in a self-improvement video. Whether or not those users are actually procrastinating, the comments could actually influence some to feel "better" with their procrastination, and hinder their progress more😢
Bro, I just completed Zelda, Botw. and this reminds me of how I felt before I completed it. I spent hours and hours preparing for the final boss, but once I fought it I realized, that I wasted so much time preparing for something that was so underwhelming..
Bro can you make a video for revision technique because it takes a lot of time to revise the topic it works I mean I ace my exams every single time but spending more time to revise just waste so much time so it's a request I would appreciate if you'll reply or make a video on this topic.
Summary of the video: The best knowledge is attained through experience and a series of actions, so experience your dreams/interests, and then learn more about them on your journey :)
UA-cam ad revenue is pretty depressing, only about $1 per 1000 views. With this rate Ruff is probably making less than $100 per month with his current views. At best $200. And you would expect a 250k channel to earn much more than this. So I don't blame him from opening a course. But yeah I agree with you once these "authentic" UA-camrs start to overcharge for something, they start to lose their audience. The other person who did this and crashed is Ahmet Kaan. But I guess it's for the better. They probably making way more right now than the hundreds and thousands of views made from UA-cam

That short story example you gave was lowkey a really good one. Could be fleshed out in a real bigger story
