I used both. Huawei is better because of its heartbeat accuracy, strap (it doesn't fall away like Xiaomi) and battery life. But sleep data and walking pace is more accurate in xiaomi.
My Galaxy Active 2 dead some days ago and I searching for something not expensive that could replace it, now I'm using the old Amazfit Bip Lite but I cannot read the text of notification on it. In the Huawei Band 8 the text of notification is much bigger or there's a way to set the characters dimension ? same question for the Xiaomi Band 8 of course. Thanks

So the strap from the Huawei Band 7 is not compatible with the Huawei Band 8?
The bracelets have different strap attachments, so they are not compatible.
I'm a little disappointed with the new Huawei fitness bracelet. I expected more changes.
