Streaming music Nav VI media app

Bought a Nav VI early 2019. Paired it up and the media amp didn’t work. I could browse to a song and start it from the media app but none of the other buttons worked. The music sounded like the chipmunks. I could control it from my phone but I like to keep that in my pocket. I didn’t remove the phone pairing from my headset and that caused it to randomly loose intercom pairing with my partner and to even turn off. Removing the phone pairing to the headset solved that issue. This is how I got the media app to work.

I just received my nav 6 today. I love it. Streaming music from iPhone , taking calls and of course gps. All perfect and so glad I bought it

Download the music to the memory card inside the navigator ?

However on my first trip where I used the intercom the music app didn’t work.
