Dear Sister Spirit, Thank you for sharing your wisdom and insights in this video. I am so happy to have had a chance to meet you at the TBTS retreat last month and appreciated your skillful facilitation of our dharma group and your deep sharing.
How do I stop thinking? Sister, you gave the most profound answer. It is not a matter of stopping the thinking but a matter of doing it in a way that minimizes the suffering. Thank you.
Thank you Sister, this is beautiful. I will save it with my special videos from Thay and other monks and nuns at Deer park and plum village. They are so helpful ❤️
Thank you sis. for reminding us how to meditate anywhere anytime in the busy life. Without Thays & sis we will drown in the dark ocean, suffering in the crazy life 🙏💕
I have a Tibetan singing bowl that I like to use every day, but I recently dropped it and it went out of tune. Should I try to find someone to retune it or should I use this as a meditation on impermanence and detachment from sound?
For people without a singing bowl (like me) or with a broken one, perhaps "inviting" a reasonable quality wine glass would do. That being said I really enjoy the sound of the bell in the video.
Dear Friends, you can use the Mindfulness Bell on the free app (plumvillage.app). There are many other resources on the app as well. A lotus for you, PV App Team
