    Hey Maria- I did this 2 hrs before my first game in net tonight. Also the first time I've EVER played hockey/tendy. Almost pitched a shutout. BUT I won MVP of the game- so that was super sick, got some pretty wicked puck marks on the pads as well. Officially, 10000% addicted to Tendy.

    well I've been negleting my SMR because it hurt like a mf! But this little time did helped, my deep squat was way easier and the hip internal rotation... hard to say if it improved the range of motion, but it deffinetley felt smoother.
    thank you for all this.
