thank you for sharing your skill. I have been using pilates balls, sand inside thick plastic, can be harder to grip than stone. Also Lupin seeds are very good for grip training and hand conditioning, hope this is helpful
@TheCartographer89 Thanks for your statement. Unfortunately I can´t help you with a book commendation, but if you explore traditional Qin Na and Shuai Jiao techniques you will find a lot of Jin Gong training methods.
Since you spend so much time on this *which is awsome, ever try doing the staff moves or etc, left handed? Awsome video, Great work, looks tough... Great drum rythums also... =-)
It seems you are practicing external style or more than one external style. Are you practicing Northern Style such as Long Fist or White Crane? Very good video. Thanks for posting.
I have only seen one teacher use "Stone Training" in my life. An American many years ago. In fact he taught me all of these methods. Perhaps you know him.
great video !!! your horse stance is really deep , picked up some good training techniques , like to see you working with a real staff instead of some of the toothpicks I seen in other videos. nice to see some real Kung Fu here on you tube !
Yes, I am practicing Long Fist, Shaolin Fist and Baji Fist. Thx for your statement.
This guy is dead serious.. wow. Interesting video and thank you for sharing.
Your videos have really inspired me. Is there any books that would help me travel further down this path?
