Your videos have really inspired me. Is there any books that would help me travel further down this path?

thank you for sharing your skill. I have been using pilates balls, sand inside thick plastic, can be harder to grip than stone. Also Lupin seeds are very good for grip training and hand conditioning, hope this is helpful

Thanks for your statement. Unfortunately I can´t help you with a book commendation, but if you explore traditional Qin Na and Shuai Jiao techniques you will find a lot of Jin Gong training methods.

It seems you are practicing external style or more than one external style. Are you practicing Northern Style such as Long Fist or White Crane? Very good video. Thanks for posting.

I have only seen one teacher use "Stone Training" in my life. An American many years ago. In fact he taught me all of these methods. Perhaps you know him.

great video !!! your horse stance is really deep , picked up some good training techniques , like to see you working with a real staff instead of some of the toothpicks I seen in other videos. nice to see some real Kung Fu here on you tube !

Just remember that the muscles are not the primary focus.
