    As a new carver, I sincerely appreciate your safety tips. I never thought about clothing getting caught in grinder. Thank you so much!!!!

      You're welcome. I'm definitely not the best role model for safety but there are a few easy precautions everyone can take to remain safe. Out of all the tools I use the angle grinder is the most intimidating.

    Chris, this was the video I've been looking for. Thank you so much for spending the time to put it together. I'll be shopping for that gouge and planer soon. Well done, sir. Well done.

    Respirator, mask, some form of lung protection - glad you added that. Cancer is but one of many things that can go awry with your lungs. As I can well attest - I'm now breathing with two that I was not born with. Happy carving!

    I saw some of these on Etsy for $20 to $60, how much do you sell these for? I was thinking of doing a few but not sure what price they sell at.

    • @BusyWrenCreations

      This particular bowl sold for $140.

    Dude for as long as you went on about safety and then you used only one hand to hold your angle grinder and your other hand held the bowl about 5 inches away. I can tell you've never had an accident. That shit won't be acceptable after you've ran you grinder across your hand in the blink of an eye. It happens that quick and there's nothing in the world that you can do but wrap a towel around it and head QUICKLY into the ER. You ever hear the term nothing is as expensive regret? lol. Yeah man

      YEP, made a slip with an angle grinder on mere poplar with the 14 tooth chain saw disc and JUST snagged my jeans, I was so lucky

    Hi would anyone 18v cordless grinder be powerful enough for this ?
    Thanks

    • @BusyWrenCreations
      @BusyWrenCreations  6 місяців тому

      I’ve never used a battery powered grinder so I can’t say for sure but I would imagine this type of use would drain a battery quick.
