So if you press L1/R1 on the menu, you can review your abilities and see an evolution chart for your Pokémon, Magnemite. I think he evolves into Magneton.

Ah you were wondering about the stealing, I should have specified: Every enemy and boss can be stolen from. Sometimes it's a super specific animation that you need to get with RNG, sometimes you need to force them into it. I won't spoil more than that.

Surprising how much extra gameplay and depth the stealing adds! It's a rare thing when the instinct to destroy is suspended until they're studied/stolen from. Very satisfying considering the rarity of cash and materials as well :]

All these have you played x and y games has got me wondering. You have Kingdom Under Fire (The Crusaders or Heroes) on that Retronomicon? Actually any original Xbox games at all? Said the gen fits, but not sure I've seen any.
If you don't have them, but do have Xbox ones I'd definitely recommend them. Like unit RTS (think Dawn of War 2) meets this style of hack and slash, with some RPG mechanics in the equiping units and the job trees unit types. Not as free, I think only the vampires get any jumping, maybe the dark elf, but genuinely great games. Solid as fuck too in places. Not to mention the story.

Hmm! Not heard of that and shall give it a look.
Retronom's Xbox section is pretty solid, but I'm mainly waiting on the emulator side of things. Still early days but looking promising.

@@OverTheGun It's funny that, I remember looking at it years ago and wondering why it seems like it's even behind PS3 emulators. Don't really keep up with them though.
For the record, I mentioned 2 games in there and KUF: The Crusaders is the 'main' game so to speak. "Heroes" is more of an expansion. Could start with it, has some quality of life improvements in there, but most of the stories are tangential to the ones from Crusaders and expand on it, so I'd recommend checking out Crusaders rather than Heroes. Their music will definitely catch you off guard a bit if you do check them out, in a good way I'd think.
Also I said that in the middle of the VoD since were being asked questions like that a lot, but having just finished it now, that MMO ramble at the end. It's definitely a shame they do feel so...samey these days. FFXIV caught my interest for a while since you can freely swap between classes, so I kept 2 or 3 equal to my main level while doing all the quests around, since it'd quite easily outlevel the zones, but the variety does only help so much too. End of the day it's still a fairly traditional MMO. The profession classes being their own leveled system is kind of interesting on that front of things mind you, but fell off before even reaching the first expansion's content myself, despite really enjoying my first MMO in years at the time.
