Can you remove the stainless steel griddle? Also, is the stove still doing well?

Thanks for tis. I have tried to find some consumer video's. I am a big Miele fan and user. I am current selecting a new stove. I am think I am going with the HR 1934-2 with the 6 burners. Have you had any service issues or issues with the range?

Is this made in Germany, i never usa style oven here in europe (Finland)
