Wolf - not wifi enabled is a plus for me. Basics is all i need. Electronics on even high-priced appliances fail. And after 5 years - good luck getting replacement parts. A friend had this happen to her Dacor stove. I miss my Jade Dynasty stove. Wish they still made stoves for homes
Mine is wolf dual 36” absolutely a piece of crab and costly, many features doesn’t work, if you bake on 350 and want to bake on 450, there is no way for you to see the temperature going up, or down, you can only bake on one temperature than turn the oven off to cool than turn it on to the desired temperature. It’s a joke of a computerized oven.
Do not buy wolf if you do lots of baking, when you bake on 350 and immediately want to bake something in lower or higher temperature there is no way of knowing if oven temperature went up or down, the catalog says turn it up and wait few minutes to go up, the temperature gage does not show is going up to desire temperature or lower temperature absolute joke, you have to guess the temperature or turn the oven off wait till it cools off which takes a long time and start all over
I'm considering a Wolf M series double oven. However, there are tons of unhappy reviews online about the Wolf's blue ceramic oven lining cracking and chipping after minimal use and/or self cleaning. Can you shed any light on this?
That happened early in the release of the blue ceramic oven. Honestly, the best way to prevent that, is to not self-clean. Instead, you should steam clean your oven, regularly rather than the harsh, every so often, self-clean. The self-clean function damages a lot more than just the enamel. Wolf makes a great wall oven so I wouldn’t hesitate on that!
I have a new 2022 model of the M series oven professional and I love it. I have heard of the enamel cracking issue but have not experienced that. I do not use the self clean on any oven I own as they are a cause of house fires.

Great video, but you forgot to mention that some Wolf ranges have a wok burner option. I do a lot of wok cooking, so I have my eye on one of those.

I am looking at the Wolf GR304. I do a lot of bread baking. Are the ovens reliable for maintaining even temperatures? I need a work horse oven. Thanks

Is Viking a level down from Wolf? We don’t have Jenn air and Thermador and Wolf is a bit expensive.
In dual fuel, yes. Wolf is pretty good. You can consider Monogram for a less expensive option as well.

Get rid of that annoying "music" ... I couldn't even watch you video with that horrible noise.
