I use Ammonia Water, yes it has a brutal odor, but it does the job better than any product and is likely not as toxic as the other chemicals. I follow with water rinse after, 1st plain water then, Lemon Water or Vinegar Water.

Viniger dont work that well. Unless your willing to put alot of elbow grease in . Scrubbing bubbles works. But were talking basically bleech. You will never get it off completely. You will have to primer and paint. Tear out rugs. All of which should be done on any house after 20 years.
Thanks for the video. But Nicotine is difficult to remove especially on some walls are textured and that's even worse. Nicotine is sticky it gets onto everything everything is orange when you start washing and it's hard very difficult to get off.

I have to laugh when people who smoke marijuana are offended by cigarette odors. Me..I am on alert when I smell the skunkie odors and living in the country, having your dogs sprayed and also having the little cuties wander right into my house .is more a problem than cigarettes. At least the marijuana folks can blame the skunks but the plain old cigarette folks get in trouble.
Most doctors recommend that women do not douche. Douching can change the necessary balance of vaginal flora (bacteria that live in the vagina) and natural acidity in a healthy vagina. A healthy vagina has good and harmful bacteria. The balance of bacteria helps maintain an acidic environment.

Vinegar is by far the best way. leave it over night in a bowl and have a fan with a window open and the smell will be gone
