The moment Dany rides a dragon for the first time, the first to do so in hundreds of years, *still* gives me chills years later. It's one of the best moments in the entire show.
And her dragon it's still very young the dragons are ancestors road in House of Dragon are all basically older than her boys were at the end of the series
Fr. The red wedding I was nearly sick when they went for her stomach and I was upset for awhile and I thought that was the worst it was gonna be... But I turned off that episode for a bit and I could still hear her screams in my head. They managed to make it too real in that one.
Shireen's death broke me, like they literally burned her at the stake. That scene always makes me cry, and just hearing her screams, they're so haunting. It's the fact that the mom even wanted them to stop, the same mom who has treated her bad the entire time, you have to know that what you're doing is horrible. That's unforgivable, I feel so bad for Ser Davos, the only one who truly cared about her. That scene with the Harpies is actually so scary, the way they all slowly come out and its hundreds of them. My man Ser Jorah really came through. You can see how much he loves Daenerys. The scene with her flying on Drogon is peak cinema, one of the best scenes of the entire show. Can't wait for the finale, its so crazy, really had me on the edge of my seat and in disbelief. I love Game of Thrones! ❤
You know, I don't see it said much, because most of the comments tend to be about the show or your big (in a good way) personality, but you are probably the best editor of any of the reactors I've seen. I've done some VERY amateur editing, so I have some sense of the time involved. I can't even imagine how long it must take to make all of the little edits and inserts that you do in every video. Just wanted to let you know that that talent is seen and much appreciated.
Agreed! His editing is 11/10 it’s a huge reason as to why he’s my favorite reactor! His sense of humor and timing, the excitement and energy in his reactions… it’s just so satisfying!
editing is rarely appreciated, especially when done well and brad does it SO well, it's so engaging and entertaining that its easy to forget how long it wouldve taken, THANK U BRAD
You. Are. Hilarious. Love your reactions so much. That aside this episode killed me. The actress who played the daughter apparently had her parents take her out to the woods or where there wasnt a lot of people traffic so she could master her screams for that scene 😢
Jfc I don't even want to imagine a child THINKING about what it must be like to be burned alive 😢 and she had to have put alot into it to get it that good
Agreed. Even if she'd been a horrible brat, Stannis had no right to kill her. Shireen's life belongs to Shireen, not Stannis, and she's a child who has committed no crime deserving of death.
Jon literally put Mance out of his misery yet nobody did the same for her, Stannis was worse than Cersi to me at that point, her kids were the only line she wouldn't cross yet he did and didn't even need that much convincing. 😔😭
7:18 Davos is the kind of "tell it like it is" friend EVERYONE needs in their lives. He's also a Teenage Girl Whisperer in the least creepy & most wholesome way possible.
This is one of the few times I see someone support Oberyn's paramour (wife/concubine). She is literally trying to hurt a little girl in Dorne, Oberyn literally saying they do not hurt little girls in Dorne. Her actions quite literally put the memory of Oberyn down the drain because she cannot accept the outcome of a trial that by law, protects any side from blaming the other for the death of someone killed in the duel. His brother is definitely in the right to not go to war over Oberyn's death. It would be needless bloodshed that would only cause the people of Dorne suffering and grief. Not to mention it is more than likely the Martells would all be executed for treason if they lose, which would be more than likely considering they have one of the smallest armies in the Seven Kingdoms by estimates. He is for sure grieving, it is his youngest sibling after all. But he would be an ill-fit ruler if he went to war without a just cause. He is unable to revenge Elia due to the denial of the Lannisters and no witnesses besides the Lannisters, and Oberyn volunteered for the trial by combat.
Cant say how much i relate to you screaming after they killed the princess. This show made me feel HOPELESS with absolutely NO POWER so many timessssss
Every single time I see you’ve posted a new GoT reaction I light up! Love seeing someone experience this show for the first time, can’t wait for your HOTD reactions!
Yeah Emilia Clarke accidentally said the English word “fly” when she was meant to say “sōves” which is fly in Valyrian, so they dubbed her saying the word the Dothraki apparently use to tell their horses to go. If you ever watch House of The Dragon after this (which I cannot recommend enough) the Targaryens all give their dragons commands in Valyrian
The dragon ride is that powerful moment that balances how the episode kicked us with Stannis daughter's fate. In the last scene, I love how Tyrion looks at Dany: if he had any doubts, he sees the legends of past kings and queens coming to life.
I dunno tho it would be kinda dangerous... Maybe they mostly know to stay away? I mean look at some of the sick creepers they have going around there. That they didn't throw that man out (with a few sharp holes in him) when he kept saying "too old" and then even gave him a little girl to assault... Clearly they would never deny him or protect her if he had pointed to her and said he wanted her.
@@neighborMinsee what would be smart is for her to set up OUTSIDE the brothel because oysters are aphrodisiacs. So if she gives them to men headed into the brothels, she’s got a right good spot there.
For anyone interested in translations: In S3 ep10 "Mhysa", when the freed Yunkai slaves crowd around Daenerys, she kneels and says a word to her dragons. Soves - High Valyrian word that encourages a dragon onward and upward, to take wing and soar. In this episode, when Daenerys climbs atop Drogon, she uses another command. Valahd - Dothraki word that means horizons, and is used by the Dothraki to spur their horses similar to "hya" or "giddyup"

I get what you're saying, but she realized that Drogon wouldn't leave unless she was out of there or dead. The harpies were already hurting Drogon and it was a matter of time before too many spears would mean he dies. Dragons are her greatest weapons and without them she knew she wouldn't win. Just look at the predicament in the fighting pits just prior to Drogon's arrival. It's heartless to consider, but she had to be willing to sacrifice her "crew" in order to be able to fight another day.
@@bereasonable8018 thanks for your input! I super agree with you that Drogon wouldn't leave and she realised that. But couldn't take them with her or at least tried? The main thing for me is that no one talks about it, and it actually shows a very important trace of her personallity and goals,
The lannisters didn’t kill Oberyn at all. He volunteered of his own free will to participate in a trial by combat. He got himself killed because he decided to taunt the mountain instead of just ending things. I get that Elaria is upset and of course she has a right to be upset that he’s dead but the Lannisters weren’t responsible for his death specifically. At least in my opinion.

Thought this was interesting: they actually set people on fire in this show. They cover the extras in some kind of oil or something and put them in really thick clothing and shoot them with a flamethrower and they pretend to be on fire while they cover the flamethrower with Drogon’s head 😂 I’m not sure if they did it here or not but they did do it in Season 3 when Dany freed the Unsullied and shot Kraznys with a flamethrower
