The tree sentinel armor is legit. I would say balance wise, it is my favorite because like you said, it has fantastic stats, but is much lighter than the suits that have better defense than it.
Best poise and physical is on bull goat. Best resistances belong to other armors i think Lionel has most robustness I think the veterans armor is best benefit and weight balance
The banished knight armor set is a good one, I farmed the set from the knight at Caelid Dragon Communion location. For early game armor I ride around the impassable bridge camp while the T rex dogs and Radahn soldiers fight getting free runes and a few decent pieces.
The crucible tree and axe sets aren’t the same stat wise they do differ the tree has better physical, slash, and holy negation while the axe has better pierce and fire negation
By the way, the winged scythe is best weapon to fight these guys, its weapon art hits them twice hard and staggers them. Its honestly the best offense weapon in the game IMO
It is fantastic against most humanoid enemies. I also use it against higher level knights and soldiers, like in the haligtree region and consecrated snowfield.
Another good armour set is the spectral knight set, you can get his full set plus armour and shield, the shield is actually pretty good as well. You can find him in front of the black knives catacombs in Liurnia of the lakes
Love the video dude, probably a bit redundant now but if you do armor vids for ER you can see them better from the status menu, "change view' and can still see your stats.
Does Elden Ring have light armor sets, other than mage robes? I'm trying to do a light armor build and I am 50 hours into the game and my character is still shirtless. All I have found are spellcaster robes and what I would call medium armor, having weights of 8+ (chest piece). I know there's a black knife set much later in the game, but armor for stealthy rogue types seems to be almost non-existent. Trying to remain light load is almost impossible, without pumping endurance to very high levels. I know light load doesn't seem all that different than medium load, but I really do a lot better with it in boss fights, plus it's just a style of gameplay I am going for. Hell, I'd take just clothing with no armor value, if it looked good, and didn't make me look like Gandalf.
I found some nice light armor for a rogue type, I killed an npc to get it though. It’s patches’ leather armor in Murkwater cave. I’m wearing it on a female and it’s definitely a favorite of mine, it looks good on males also. I wear it with the bandit mask. If you have no qualms about killing that character I recommend it. It’s not going to give the same protection heavy armor does but it’s better than the starting bandit armor.
The Nox armor is light armor i think, and all the sets i used in my assassin armors video are light load, i believe. I have yet to do a dedicated Light Armor video yet, but i will.
Black knife is light medium I believe abs silences all your footsteps and movements. Box armour and monk armour is more medium but depends on what weapons you’re using as well
@@FammeFatal I haven't got to the black knife set yet. I think it's late game. It seems to be the only rogue set, although there is a Raptor chest piece that some people use. The weight is still high though, if you want to have a dodge-beast light load rogue. It's about 22 weight, but if you add in light weapons and talismans that gets to about 30, so you need max load 100. Assuming you wear the best load enhancing talisman, that is 35 endurance. And that is basically the minimum. I wish there was a talisman that raised the light load threshold.
The cleanrot knight armor looks very good, except the helmet. As usual, they botched it. I think it looks pretty good with the banished knights helm, the one with the robe.
Elden Ring is great but i do say this though: Armor for the most part looks ridicolous. Iam having a hard time piecing together the look i want. Single pieces also don't often go with pieces from other sets because of the heavy tint. Kindof ended up with the set i wore from the start.
Crucible Axe was the set I settled on for my final build, minus the helmet, which I substituted for a red cloak, so I could still see my face. The set works great with the cloak I used too, as other armors, the cloak sets over, but the crucible set it tucks into, so it’s just the Crucible Axe armor with a red hood.
the best medium armor is the veterans armor also, this im pretty sure these armor sets are opinion based. the number 1 armor is ok for whatever incantations or spells you tryna use. but veterans is better with raw stats
And another thing for the clean rot knight set.... Def save yourself the trouble grind em at the rot swamp. Don't do it at the hagiltree ect.... because the tree is a late game area... those knights are 2x 3x as powerful in those areas vs the swap.. plus at the tree the areas you will 1st encounter them is very small rooms same with the castle.. you'll have a small area to move in you'll face 2 or 3 at a time and the blows keep coming... so unless your pretty heavy fisted and powerful don't waste ya time.. just go to the swamp
You can also go through leyndell sewers kill mogh and morgott get through the puzzle than hit an invisible door than another past the chest will get you to deep root depths
Altered are cool but some of them look better in the unaltered version, like the cleanrot armor and the royal knight armor. The cleanrot looks too goofy to me fully altered
Good to see most the comments are calling a creator out for their selling out and promoting a literal illegal site. However much they paid you, that's your price. You can't sell ingame items without paying the devs. As a person who made over $4000 off of Failout76 by duping triple-legendary legacy weapons and was banned off of ebay and amazon for illegal trading, *your sponsor is illegal*
Just curious is there really any difference in the outfits? I don't fill like it give armor? Just for looks. The only one I fill that have a difference is The Black Knife Armor. It makes so sound when moving or jumping or falling.
I don’t get why this guy cares about the armour sets looking over the top considering Elden ring is meant to be quite fantasy like. They aren’t trying to make the game look like real medieval times.
Nah get the banished Knight armor. It's better than the crucible ones. It's vey easy to get all you do is kill the banished Knight at the church of the dragon communion in caelid over and over.
crucible has the highest holy dmg negation, its perfect for last boss with fortify incatnantion and medalion you get over 76 holy resistance, last boss is a joke, barely does any dmg in this setup.
@@alexreyes7237 Not initially no but it turns out with my two swords, staff and 4 talismans the minimum endurance requirement is actually 24 so happy days haha

wrong. stats don't matter when it comes to armor. only fashion. it's called Elden Bling for a reason. smh my head these new players.
That is true. Looking good is the only thing that matters at the end of the day.

The nights cavalry set looks great, especially without all the feathers on it. Very nice looking armor.
Right?!?! when i first found it, i used it nonstop for a long time.
Too many feathers on too many things in the outfits
Without the feathers, dude looks like the Mandalorian or hard core Boba Fett
Kinda looks like the black iron Tarkus
tree sentinel armor is the best at a reasonable weight. Bull Sheep armor or whatever its called has best stats but is very heavy.
my favorite armor !! Tree sentinel And it’s gold and badass looking

I use Armor No2 with confessors hood its an awesome late game confessor set.
I like how a lot of the armor sets look better if you swap out the helmet for a hood.
Thankyou for giving detailed directions
You are welcome. I am glad they were useful to you.
The crucible tree and axe sets aren’t the same stat wise they do differ the tree has better physical, slash, and holy negation while the axe has better pierce and fire negation
That is true they average out to be pretty similar, but the individual stats are slightly different for those categories.
Just the chest piece?

The red cloak makes most sets with goofy helmets look great. And if it doesn't, try the blue one.
