Hi Josh, This House is pretty nice. I would have Gutted the Kitchen, and both Bathrooms. Now in the Primary Bathroom, I would have changed the Double sinks, and the soaker tub. Put Epoxy on the Garage Flooring. Loved the Screen in Sun Porch. For $350,000 which is a Great Price!
