They’re built way too close together. Idk why anyone would want to live in zephyrhills in the first place and certainly not for half a million 😂 on old cow pasture?

Not very much house for the money. Feels like a narrow apartment.

As a single person yes I would buy it easy to up keep if you have the elevator you don't need a lot of space other than for guests if I had my family no it wouldn't be ideal but I love it

All those homes need some upgrades so they should do the upgrades then sell them or take some off the price so whoever buys them can upgrade them.

I was live here for long time and then the hurricane cleared all the houses. Now they’re built for the new members coming soon and good luck. Florida builder built cheap interior and the house look like the boxes

Florida hurricane code is for C3. Most newer homes should fair well through Helene and Milton. Will there be some kind of score card on which builders have the most hurricane-resistant homes?

HOA $cdd$6k insurance $3k tax $8k a year this is crazy insane crazy with out monthly mortgage $3000 month. Total year to own this house is $55000 dollars per year to own this house 🏠 only stupid people will pay for this and I believe all the agents never talk about this stuff 😢

I have been to the Isles the homes are nice but for the price which is close to two million dollars you do not get a flex room and an office. Looks like Toll Brothers Sarasota does not think people are working from home anymore. All these expensive homes should have those two things. Look at the closets for the last home 1.6M and that is the closet you get in the master bedroom? Plus what really turned me off was that for almost 2M They were limited in the choice of appliances. I wanted Wolf and Subzero and I was given the excuse that because of Covid they stopped offering them. Covid was 3 years ago and every video you see from Toll Brothers you see Wolf and Subzero. I might sound picky but for that kind of money I can go Custom and get what I want. Check the appliance stores in Sarasota and Tampa and they said Wolf and Subzero had only a 90 day wait and that is crazy when you have to wait a year for the build and you can't get it. I am very disappointed in the quality and imagination of Toll brothers in Sarasota they are to close in options plus all they basically have in elevations id the the West Indies and coastal type of look. I do not know why this type of design is basically pushed. They are so totally different in southern florida. More choices more options more imagination for about the same type of money. Any thoughts?

A lot of those homes were added to and added more over years. That is why the Florida room is a step down in many cases. All little homes in the beginning on large lots. Looks like both seawalls are fairly new! That is a major PLUS!

I know that house very well. Belonged to my mother's first cousin. Obviously has been badly remodeled over the years. Total teardown. After this past week in 2024, these low slung mid century homes no longer make sense for many reasons. Mainly flooding but the low ceilings, funky layout and yes, the value is in land only. A lot of my extended family lived on Snell Isle and they've all passed away decades ago. Most of the home have been knocked own, including my childhood home far out on Brightwaters, another low to the ground house of get same vintage, my Grand Mother's of Coffee Pot Rivera etc. Going forward, the homes will have to have the main living levels ten feet off the ground. Garages, storage, utility and other sacrificial areas will be on the ground floor. Snell Isle used to be old St. Petersburg SPYC type people. Now it is all northerners and new money who don't understand the dangers. The smart money will move to Allendale and remodel all those older homes on high ground going forward. I always get a kick out of Florida newcomers
