I have just purchased my fuji XH2 after selling my old fuji kit five years ago to go full video.. Now I am back to doing photography and had to go back to fuji. It's the only brand that inspires me to take photos. Love the video👍
Welcome to that Fuji life. I would try shooting raw only. Double tap Q to flip the keepers into jpegs (or do more intricate in-camera edits, or even multiple). This makes it super simple to ping the keepers to your phone as the only jpegs on the card are your keepers. Just select all and ping. Also if you've taken a real banger then you still have the raw to go to work on in Lightroom or whatever. I would also try renting the 90mm for shows and see how you get a long with it.
I’ve had the x100F for a year with the Nikon z5 and I moved over to the XH2S. You made the right choice moving to Fujifilm for mirrorless !
I grew up shooting with film. After 20yrs of using digital after, I wanted to slim down the gear and go back to my roots, but not film. I wanted to simplify again. Bought s FUJIFILM XS-20 from Kenmore Camera (Love Glazers too) and starting shooting with it. Jpegs coming out of this little powerhouse are great to see. The flippy screen means no more phones for selfies. Xt5 is next on my list for landscape.
Great video and camera choice! I shoot with the Fuji X-H2 and X-T3. I love both in different settings. X-H2 is a BEAST for event shooting; whereas the X-T3 I tend to use more for travel.

Hello there !!!! Thanks for the video !!! I carry a Fuji X100T with me at all times !!! Love that little camera, like you say, its colors, the buttons, the flash !!! its output is always just perfect (day or night) beautiful perfect fill flash at all times !!! I am not a pro, photography is a hobby to me, but I love it. also carry a Nikon DSLR with me in case I need to shoot action. How is the Fuji XT5 compared to a Nikon DSLR (Nikon D7500 for example) I mean, speedwise ??? thanks again !!!
Thr xt-5 is a great size camera, but for extreme cold weather shooting just wish it has battery pack…..so sticking with xt-3 and xh-2. Hopefully they will bring that feature back in Xt-6.
love my XT-5! Also love the film presets in camera and the quickness of being able to send the images to my phone for quick socials and what not. A handy little trick I discovered and not sure if you know, there are times I want the raw image size but also those film presets aren't baked in so in Adobe Lightroom you can re-add them on the images through the camera profile browser! :)
Hello! New sub here. I've been shooting with an X-T3 for about three years now and don't see myself changing anytime soon. I really love it. I did some concert shooting this past summer with two lenses; the xf56mm f1.2 and the xf90mm f2. The concerts were evening and outdoor, so these two lenses were great. BUT, I have a question for you. I would like a zoom and I've been considering the xf50-140mm. Since you said you have one I'm wondering about your experience with it. It seems like a fantastic lens. It's a bit on the pricey side though so getting input from others with experience using it is helpful. Thanks for all of the info, have a great week.
i love mine! i got it used which made the price considerably more reasonable for me (around $1000)! super clear and perfect for covering shows with bigger venues. if you have a camera rental shop in your area id def recommend renting it out before buying just to be sure!

I had the similar journey as you I shot nikon for 10 years and switched to Fujifilm back in 2021 and I currently have the xt5 and xt4 however I am trying to sell my xt4 and get the nikon zf I do miss the full frame maybe 10% of the time and like you I got the itch to try something new. And the gfx is just far to expensive
Hows the autofoucs been fro you? I know its a point Fuji struggles with, not saying its terrible but in comparison to the big brands it has some work to do
fuji AF is better with xt5 but still the other brand is better. But for me I am still using my xt5 as my daily camera and it is more than enough for me sir
autofocus has been a biiit of a learning curve compared to the nikon, im finding myself missing focus not a lot but more often than before but it may also just be the circumstances in which im shooting (lowlight, high speed, etc)
How do you bring your camera into the Kia forum and to concerts cuz some don’t allow cameras with interchangeable lenses??
i only bring my equipment when im covering shows for publications- i'll have a media pass that allows me to enter with my gear! :)

no, always shooting in manual! the dials on top make it so seamless to shoot manual:)
@@tiffawnywhat settings did you use on that concert shots? it was so good ❤, plus can I ask if is it really worth it to get a fujifilm camera? because I am planning on getting one myself to replace my old Canon.
@@kregermondragon coming from a nikon user, definitely worth to me! settings for my concert shots varied a lot but tried to stick to f2.0, shutter 1/125, and changing the iso accordingly
