This is a video series of the 134k maintenance of an E36 M3 sedan. This part goes over the connections coming from the center bunch of harness connections underneath the intake manifold.

Thank you so much for your video. I had swapped engines on my 323 with a turbo m52b28 and after the swap the car struggled with cold starts and had a fluctuating idle. Threw a crank position sensor code and after swapping the sensor with new oem the code was still there. After watching your video I realized I had mixed up the wiring haha. Thank you very much!

Can the sub connection to an 02sensor downstream on a bmw x5 4.4.. be replaced with out having to replace the entire wiring harness

do the color of the wires change between the ob1 and obd2 wiring harness for the m3? or do only the ends "connectors" that change?....

could you post a video on the wiring from the alternator to the battery? i replaced a new 140amp,pulley,and battery, bmw wants to charge 850 in labor to “check”, im 99% sure the wiring is corroded

You didn't mention the other plug on top of the fuel rail, what does that go to?

You probably already done this, but I’m doing it right now I’m pretty sure a connects to a solenoid for the vacuum lines.

On my 97 328i m52 the crank sensor harness that goes from crank sensor to vanos and cam sensor there’s a third connector much shorter with two wires in a 3 pin plug and I cannot figure out where it goes

One plugs to the fuel rail other goes to vanso solenoid
