I'd like to request that you demonstrate a half stack in the process of being plugged in and warmed up.
Most videos skip the actual set up part because I let my mode four chill for years for fear of blowing something.
I had to learn that the master volume, consequently, controlled wattage being sent to speaker output and reduces risk of damage if you don't crank it.
Now my acrusl question is how can I attenuate wattage from an over powered tube head going to a cab?
I want the amp running closer to its 350 watt nominal, with excess wattage getting split off to elsewhere, away from my 100 watt cab, what should I be looking for besides an oversized cab?

Sounds like you're looking for a Variac or power attenuator. There are a lot of options for reducing the output of your amp while still having the front end pushed.
