Wow, this challenge is no joke! I'm still working on making it all the way through, but it's such a killer workout and a fun way to push limits. Props to you for crushing it! 💪🔥
Very impressive !!!!!!!! It is so hard. i'm stuck at 15 currently . gaining about an additional 1 to 2 more a week. It takes a long time to complete this even if you are in good shape
Well done. You are in good shape and a strong woman. Would be good if you could improve your technique a little. Only go down to 90deg ellbows and keep back straight all times. You can do it👍👍👍👍
Good job! It is indeed very hard! Now if you want to actually do it properly, try with jointed legs, not widespread. With both legs together you also have to maintain balance and it requires you to activate your core and keep your back straight instead of belly sag when going back up. Also, it is WAY more difficult, but to do it properly, you should not brace your arms around your body when in the lower position, we tend to do it to rest biceps and like this we transfer a good part of the effort to the triceps, it's a good resting technique but it's kind of cheating the exercise 😉
Your Bring Sally Up push-ups and pull-ups are incredible, but way too hard for me. For those of us who are not superhuman, could you do something easier, like Sally Up sit-ups? Even if you do it twice back-to-back to challenge yourself, I know I still have a better chance than with pull-ups or push-ups :).

I’ve started this challenge it’s super hard! Will have it done in a few weeks training, well done
I wish I could finish it too but failed 😢. Will keep trying. You have motivated me! Thank you!
Fanny, try this again but only go down to 90 degrees and keep your arms off your body. Hold at 90 degrees and not lower.
Correct
@ it’s way harder that way but a lot more fun
Yes, arms should be at 45 degree angles.
