Very clean and precise! Great materials choice, too. The phenolic will shed dust and will be easy to keep clean. It will also offer a slippery surface for whatever you want to cut into a circle.
Nice jig. Yours requires that a hole be drilled through the center. However, take a look at the circle jig made by Inspire Woodcraft; no center hole required.
Not only is this a great jig, you demonstrated creating it well.
Awesome! Also caught a glimpse of that brilliant table saw sled handle idea.
Excellent video and process. Thank you for the inspiration and sharing.
You make some super jigs. Thanks for your well made videos.
Thank you. I'm glad if you like it.
Very nice adjustable jig! Not as simple as I expected from the title, but final product is another of your great jigs!
Thank you.

Felicidades!!!
Saludos Cordiales.

Very nice. Looks much quicker than cutting on the table saw.
Very nice approach! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you
WELL done. Good ideas. I shall try some. Thank you kind Sir.
An awesome jig. I like the idea of the selfmade t-track. 👍🏻
Thank you!
Excellent!!! Bob
Nicest circle jig I've seen so far cheers
I like that. AWESOME.
Thanks. I'm glad if you like it.
Very good, thank you.
Thanks
What a great jig, I just have to make one this for myself
many thanks for showing and please keep up the good work
Thank you very much. I'm glad if you like it.
muy bueno!!!! saludos desde Argentina
Gracias
Great jig!
Thanks
Nice one - I'm going to make one of these!
Thanks!
Like the use of T slot, different to what others do. Could be applied to Sanding disc and router table, even drill press for holes on a PCD.
I like this project...But, if you sharpen the screw at the center of the jig, you can cut circles with just a small divot, rather than a hole.
Thank you. Thats a good idea.
Vielen Dank
Brilliant
Thank you!

Do you have some measures. Thinkness and dimensions of plate, t-track, o.s.o Plaese very pleasant video
What size band saw blade do you use with the circle jig? Enjoy your videos! Thanks!!!
Thanks. I use a 6mm saw blade. Approximately 1/4"
Nice..but you dont have to drill hole all the way through your circle piece.
lovely jig. one thing that would improve it would be a fine tuner to move the t track in and out
Thank you. Maybe i will add a fine tuner someday.
plus an integrated measuring tape!
Where did you get those wing nuts? Thumbs up.
I get this from a local Hardware Store. Called "Bauhaus". I live in Switzerland.
@@ISIMPLYBUILTIT Thank you for your response and this video.
Ganz große Klasse!!!
Was für eine Bandsäge ist das?
Mach weiter so 👍
Danke Dir. Das ist die kleinste der Scheppach Bandsägen. Ich glaube die heisst HB20 oder so.
I SIMPLY BUILT IT ....Wieder eine tolle Sache.
What it call ruler you used to make a mark the point
Did you mean this one : ua-cam.com/video/zJA_ILfPZ7s/v-deo.html
Nee. Das ist keine PTS 10. Aber den Parallelanschlag konnte ich nicht brauchen. Habe mir dann einen eigenen Anschlag samt Rail gebaut.
@@ISIMPLYBUILTIT danke dir für die schnelle Antwort
What brand are the files you use at 7:13?
150 how to make jigs but only two circle cutters in the whole world on amazon , wtf, Can I buy this from you. ?
You can easily make one yourself.
Need much less time-lapsed action and then add pauses to show detail.
Too many commercials
Good ideas, but soooo much unnecessary footage.
