I would suggest either 'Kvitravn' or 'Gra' next, but Wardruna is 1 of those rare musical groups where their whole discography is really worth digging in to. So many awesome tracks over the years.
Moin aus Schleswig-Holstein. Der Norden Europas rockt schon immer.
I truly enjoy your reactions! In case no one else mentions it, this trip up Healing Mountain is a metaphor for a treacherous and difficult path of internal healing. At various steps along the journey, we leave behind something that's keeping us from healing. It's a beautiful symbol for a process that leads to spiritual and emotional healing.
Not WARdruna but WARDruna, "ward" (guardian) "runa" (rune). Thank you for reaction 👍
He made it, at the end we saw his pov when he swam up and broke the surface :)
This is your first Wardruna song?! Nice! =D
PLEASE listen to Helvegen when you get a chance.
Everyone swears by the one with Aurora, but listen to the studio one of just Einar singing. It's such a masterpiece(and MY first Wardruna song). Voluspá Orchestral version is so wonderful too! The man sings with his soul.
Another masterpiece is Runar by Danheim. The drums in THAT one! Woo!
I still think the live with Aurora is better than the studio version, but his Helvegen live duet with Einar Palsdottir is vastly underrepresented in the reaction community.
My only issue with the Eivor Palsdottir duet version is the instrumentation. I prefer tagelharpa over violas, cellos and violins.
This speaks to my soul. Feels like coming home 🇧🇻
Lovely reaction! Lyfjaberg is one of the mountains that has a healing property (in old norse mythology) …if you climb it. It is also the dwelling of Eir/Eira/Eire = The goddess of healing. (seen dressed in black on the mountain several times). The climbing should be with a lot endurance. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eir
This singer Einar Selvik is from Norwey. He is amazing :)
😍 oh wardruna, thx for the reaction.. i think they are norwegian
Norway c.....
If you notice in the end of the video he's still in the same place that in the beginning the journey to the mountain was spiritual not physical.
Welcome to ancient, but in no way dead (even if Christianity tried really hard) Scandinavian culture! 🖤
Much love

Beautiful Energy ancestors 🎇🙏🛡️⚔️❣️🩸❤️🔥🕯️🪔🌹
Awesome reaction! Next react to Wardruna's music video titled Raido. You'll dig it for sure, dude!
Love the reaction! would love to see you react to more Wardruna.
6:30 if you look at the mountain peak closest to the screen you can see him standing on the top. Keep watching and you will see him move.
If you like Nordic songs then try this :
Skald - Run
Great song !!!
React to Heilung
Vardruna is norweigen. 🇧🇻
Wardruna = Var-Droo-Na. And of course, you roll the r. Lol. Einar makes some of the most amazing music. His duet of Helvegen with Aurora is legendary, but he also has one with Eivor that's worth a listen.
Agreed! 🖤
👍🤘
Wardruna is also absolutely EPIC! My all Time favorite Track is the Funeral Track "Helvegen" with Aurora. (Live Version, filmed @ Bergenhus Fortress, Bergen, Norway, August 22 2018...incl. Subtitles) Many greets from the Center of Germany🤘
The language is Norwegian, not German :)
Old Norse, Old Nordic, or Old Scandinavian is a stage of development of North Germanic dialects before their final divergence into separate Nordic languages
Currently, human beings need to connect more with nature, the simple act of walking barefoot on the earth is a great feeling
A video made of reacting to another video made.
I'm sorry, but this isn't content.

LOL you need to go find an Influencer or something
Uhm... You know you're free to click something else and watch that instead, right? I don't know what you expect from a reaction video? Feel free to inform me @jackwolfgaming013 😽
It was norse and he is from Norway
Norwegian. They do have songs in old norse as well, but this is modern Norwegian (dialect from western Norway).
As @helenevigdal2531 said - this is Norwegian, a quite typical Bergen dialekt.
The "Norse" used by Einar is an almost extinct language, but by having access to runes; Völupsá from the poetic Edda, the Prose Edda written in Icelandic and other written material, plus an ear for everything from the different dialects spoken in Sapmí, the Meänkieli and Jamska mixed with more common dialects spoken in mainly the northern parts of both Norway and Sweden, and ofc "modern" Icelandic, you can re-create the language and follow our ancestors footsteps backwards in time. It's not an easy task, but it's do-able, as you can hear in at least the 2 first albums by Wardruna. If I remember correctly they're written entirely with runes. Anyway, it's really interesting as a phenomenon, and both transformative and beautiful just to listen to. I bet it's the same for all Einars and Wardrunas fans out there, not only we Scandinavians with a slightly obsessive knowledge about the different languages spoken in my part of the world... 😹
Much love
