Congratulations Mikey! I'm SO happy for you! Thank you for taking us with you on your journeys and sharing your life with us! You've worked so hard for this and you deserve every bit of it!
Before buying a new property to live in, always bring a puppy or a cat with you and let the critter explore the house. If he starts barking at something you can’t see, it is a good signal that you should look elsewhere
If I were you, I'd change all of the door locks to enter the house and barn. Especially the one to the basement/pantry. Put a deadbolt lock there. Every time you buy a house you must change the locks. It seems suspicious that the basement door was wide open.
Get a LOT more firewood. Make sure it is seasoned. That means it's been outside and dried for a year. Green wood won't work well with that fireplace. Also, now (before winter) get a chimney sweep to come out and sweep it clean and test it to be sure it's safe.
Tip for living with that wood stove, too: Make darned sure you have big pots to let water steam evaporate on it, or you'll have it dangerously dry in there!
Mike, stop saying negative things about your home. The more you talk about negative creepy things, the more you are inviting them into your home. :-) Say positive things always. Blessings!
nope he is actually scaring them off. he makes fun of it. also those weird creepy things are not real. also he will not buy that if he truly is scared by it
The most important thing is that you feel comfortable in your own home. Do what you can to feel secure and get rid of the "creepy" feelings. You're a home owner! It's nearly impossible to own a home in Hawaii, where I live. $775,00 is our average home price!
As a single female living alone, I wouldn't get a big house in the country far away from people but it is nice to be able to be loud without worrying about disturbing the neighbors. Congrats on your new house!
Get a dog for protection. A cat for the snakes, mice, and other small rodents, and a lizard for the flies and mosquitos. Give life to this secluded area and you will never feel lonely. Oh and turn the barn into a dojo and it will never creep you out again. Congrats on the crib! Love your videos!
Awe, wow! mike, your house is beautiful and FULL of potential! Big congratulations! you could put a really nice guest house on top of that foundation and rent it to generate some extra income or just to have a nice place for friends to stay while you still keep your privacy. I'm super jealous of the little loft barn you have! it's meant to store hay, straw, or wood up in the loft n then you open that top door to lower down what you need. You're really gonna love the wood burning stove too! the layout is so open....love it! I'm so happy for u! I have really enjoyed all your videos on all your channels. wishing you the best and good fortune!
the house is awesome, but change the locks, install some metal grills on your windows and doors, bring big dogs and some friends and then check the entire house, like cavity check kind of check... find some good security system and CCTVs... make that property safe for you.
Jesus Christ, why? Change the locks, sure, but where in the hell do you live that you think the rest of that stuff makes sense? His house isn't in Detroit ffs.
wow congrats, welcome to Orange County! I really love your deck, lots of fun possibilities. I live in Warwick, NY and I'll give you fair warning, make sure to secure your garbage against bears, you are even more remote than I am and we have one that has knocked it over twice...not fun to clean up. But they mind their own business otherwise. And as much as I love the quiet, I actually do like having a dog since he'll bark if anyone approaches. Pets Alive in Middletown is a great place to get a dog, they are a no kill shelter. I hope you enjoy living in the sticks, now you'll be able to see the stars at night!
Get a power washer,, it'll help clean your gutters, outside patio deck and your patio table and chairs, , then go rent a floor sander, sand down your outside patio and stain it. Your going to enjoy your home even more :)
It's ironic because a place like this is actually safer than the actual city itself. I'd LOVE a house like that. As long as I can drive to the city between 10 to 20 min, I'm good. The outskirts of a city is better than the suburbs in my opinion. In fact, I am in the process of buying my house in the outskirts of Las Vegas and if I want to go to the city inside, I'll just need to drive for a few minutes. It's desert but I prefer it that way. I love houses like this one that Mike is showing.
Hey Mike, the second story of the barn is to dry things like hay, wood, maybe even fruit. You just open the two windows of the second story and wind blows through the shady space inside. Fruit dried that way is the most expensive.
Just buy Weaponry and some great cooking knives! Dual pronged BBQ skewers are also great in the event of stopping large meat portions spinning, or for kebabing zombies...
Beautiful property and home!! Little tip for you...don't leave food outdoors over night and keep your trash cans tightly secure, you are in prime critter territory and once they know you have good food they will take advantage of it and could become a nuisance
Random Rachael Very good point. We live on the outskirts of Edinburgh, by the Pentland Hills, in effectively a suburb, but being surrounded by woodlands, with three different burns close by we have many foxes, badgers, deer etc, while still still effectively living in a city. Where Mikey is living is proper countryside, woodlands, racoons and deer and bear maybe?
Not a bad thing, just have to be aware and take precautions. I think you made a lovely choice; I would live there in a heart beat!! Also depending on the hunting regulations, you developing archery skills might come in handy other than fighting off zombies :)
For a hobby, archery is good. But for self defense, I'd say a crossbow will be better choice (if he's going for more nature-friendly weapon, so to speak).
The upstairs can be used as guestrooms and the open loft space can be used for an office. The barn could be a great spot for a recording studio. Or you can set it up as a guest house
u may want to change all the locks. first rule to a new home. especially if u found basement door open one day. otherwise congrats and enjoy watching youtube videos on how to fix houses...one downside to owning any home..fixing it! hahaha
If you're worried about germs, etc, just sanitize everything. You can even hire someone to do it for you. But yeah, I wouldn't want to inherit someone else's problems but a pre-owned home is not all that bad.
TheENofficial that's why you get the home inspected? And mold tested? And you realize we're not in the 90's right? You're not gonna find STD's just lounging around the house lol it doesn't work like that, they don't survive for more than a couple days outside of the body and even then you don't transmit STD's from touching them with your hands or breathing them in or whatever that's why they're called SEXUALLY transmitted diseases
After living in California for a while, can you share with us your reasoning and planning for moving back to the east coast and buying a house in the middle of nowhere? Can you tell us how much the house cost and how big the land is? How far is it from NYC? You travel a lot, how long is it from an international airport ?
I live near there, it's in driving distance of LaGuardia, Newark, and JFK, not to mention like a half hour from Stewart International in Newburgh. A of people who live here commute to NYC.
I think the spookiness comes from the aged look of the house. It has A TON of potential! It needs a good paint job and refurnishing. It looks real nice! Mikey's very own cave!!! lol
The fact that the majority of people in this comment section think they’re safer living in the city rather than a house in the woods blows my mind.... that property is beautiful I don’t know what the hell all of you are talking about!
I find it weird that so many posters are questioning why he bought this house. Maybe it is based on where people live and their house-hunting experiences. I just moved out of San Francisco (out of California, actually) after having lived here since the late 80s. I love the house Mikey bought! So much potential, so much land, so much space! I'd buy it, if I could. Oh, and a pool table. Are you kidding me?!
James Allen Same here, I love the house! I still live in California, and can’t wait to move. I’ve lived in Alaska, Colorado, and update New York. California is too expensive and I just don’t want to be here any more even though I was born here and all my childhood has been here.
the good thing about living in the middle of nowhere is that no one comes out there lol. Including psycho killers. Hes safe. People in the country rarely even lock their doors cause, no one around heh.
I think it's a lovely house and probably a steel buying it in New York. There's so much to appreciate in this house. This a country living that many millennials would never be able to afford in their lives. Plus, it's a privilege nowadays to own any homes especially in New York. You have so much land; the possibilities are endless! You have a deck for days, a two story barn that not many people have nowadays, a custom made basement where you can store homemade canned goods that doubles as a pantry, and an accessible attic for seasonal storage! With a little tlc, this could be a priceless gem!
It's a feeling of pure adrenaline rush--I felt it some just by watching. It's very exciting to be a first time homeowner, and he's doing it all himself I believe. How great!!
Hey! congratulations on your very own house. the space is amazing and has alot of potential. you can also remove some walls and make the house more open. The floor/tiles/walls needs to be changed yo make it more modern cottage style house. Get a doggo and you're set!
Your new house is nice and serene. So far, i didn't see any creepy thingee..lol. Good luck and have a good life living in your newly bought house. God bless you Mike!
I see great potential. I grew up in the country so it's familiar and feels much safer to me than the city. I'd make the barn into a party barn with a bar, dance floor, sound system, and lounge upstairs. Eventually I'd put in a pool and have a changing room and shower in barn. A gardener's dream. Volleyball/badminton and if I hit lotto tennis courts! But first thing I'd make sure I'd have a reputable person inspect thoroughly the roof, heating, plumbing, window/door seals electrical, termites, and rodents. I'd also change the looks and make sure your deadbolted does that have windows within reach have a key lock so someone can't break in so easily. The refinished floors look beautiful. Don't let people freak you out, it's a great place with great potential. Please show us your renovations. I bet you could rent out your space for parties and weddings. I see big tents, tables with beautiful flowers and table settings, etc. Fun! JUST FOUND OUT MIKE MOVED TO SEATTLE. I GUESS MY COMMENT COULD BE FOR NEW OWNER. I AGREE TAXES IN NY ARE CRAZY.
Great house. Change out all the door knobs for some nice bronze lever ones. better make every effort to solid stain the outside siding before the carpenter bees drill a couple of big holes in your home
Ski Fall Yes, I am glad I found a comment with my concern. I saw all of that wood and I thought immediately he needs to do some maintenance and preventative maintenance. I have a new brick home but we have a large wood deck on that back. A few ago I kept hearing a knocking noise. It was a woodpecker and he had drilled 5-6 large holes in our wood deck. 😖 Called the exterminator and he sprayed for carpenter bees which were the underlying issue. But Mikey issues could we much worse with so much wood with carpenter bees and the other issues the go hand and hand with wood rot.
Mikey, congratulations to you. I love being a homeowner it is liberating. I can't wait to see your home after you decorate. Don't forget to add a lot of color with pillows and throw blankets. Hope you add a wife and kids to your life and happy home, God bless.
Hi, I know you were worried about security, If you have the funds. You may want to think about installing roll down shudders on your windows and doors. Not only are they good for security but also for storms and animals trying to get in. There are lots of options available. Congrads on the new home. =)
That house is so no what I pictured you buying. I thought you would buy a very modern, hi-tech abode. It will certainly take time to get used to it, but get a big dog and you'll be fine.
I was thinking the exact same thing. Can't wait to see part2 and how you've adapted to rural from the city life and hear your opinions on such a change. That living room though... holy crap. Wood burning fireplace, so much natural light and it's huuuge. Tons of space for entertaining indoors and out. Got me all jealous. Except for the possible ghosts, I'm good with not having those.
@mikeychen didn't expect you to buy a house like that. It needs a lot of work and I can't see you actually taking advantage of all the property cut good luck
Get a 12 gauge shotgun...when the zombies come around always aim for the head....if they don't have a head after you shoot them they get very disoriented and can't see and are basically harmless. I know this works 'cause I saw it in a movie once.
File that where I asked about a home inspection above. He should have been told the condition of the chimney, the flue the vents in addition to if it needs a cleaning or not. Sure hope he had that done!!!
Change your locks...Schlague are excellent with a dead bolt...buy a handgun...easy to use...keep it with you when you go outside, and inside too. Looks like something was scratching at the door...dog? bear? whatever. The lock on the barn door is useless...and on the basement, too. A good deadbolt lock would help you feel safer. They are easy to install and do the job. A Schlague cannot be sawed with a hack saw...I know! Love the house and the peaceful surroundings. Just don't put out bird feeders in fall...bears will destroy them! Love you videos...and enjoy your new home.
Congrats, Mikey!!!! You gonna love it there. Best grow yoself a veggie garden so you dont always have to be running to town to buy fresh food. Actually grocery veggies aren't fresh anyway.
I think the outside can be charming. All it needs is some well placed window boxes and planters, some perennials added and it will look amazeballs IMHO!!!! Even that barn/shed is great!!! Bet he will end up using it! Good place to put a mower, maybe a snowblower, yardtools, etc etc. The creep factor will leave when it starts filling up and feeling like a home!
The foundation is the perfect place for a guest cottage for the people who you want to visit you, but you just don't want them to stay in your house...
Cool man cave. Good to use for guest too. The manhole is important when fixing wirings on ceilings. The main job for manholes is an access point to the roof cavity or when fixing wirings on ceilings lights, maintenance, allowing easy inspection or access to a public utility or not access for a system upgrades. So don't seal it. You have a good property there. Thanks for sharing..
I agree with the second foundation to be a garage. People, sometimes, have huge garages like three or more car ones. The orange flowers in back were lilies, I think maybe day lilies. All in all, it's a beautiful place and looks peaceful there. I loved the spiral stairs, also! :D
dolcegabbanaforever ok this house has EVERYTHING horror movie could ask for 😂😂😂. far from people, attic, basement, barn, etc. hes so brave to live there😅
Dude... Your door shows signs of forced entry... Did you get a full history, because people like to steal copper piping and such when houses go vacant or up for sale.
I clicked on this right after watching you buy your parents a home in New York. I’m guessing I’ve missed a lot of changes in the three years between the two videos. PS I smiled when you were afraid of the darkness outside. I get it. But at the same time, it’s remote but probably safer than a busy city would be lol
+Kush Brny New York has some of the strictest gun laws in America. Doubtful he can get a gun, only certain people may get guns in NY, like Jewelry store owners. But if Mike ever gets like 10 million subs on UA-cam, he can definitely show evidence for the need of a gun because of his internet fame.
He's so creep out by his own home which is frightening me on his every step tour. Lmao! And by the way he explain his house, it's almost like he bought this big house just to use the kitchen while every other room and space stay close and untouch.
Who ya gonna call? ;) Congratulations on your new home. It will be great when you get it furnished and have all the comfort features you want in there. Looks to me like you have the start of two cute guest houses (the barn and the foundation). Also, feel free to make kimchi any time -- my brother's NYC apartment neighbors complained about the smell when he made it. You won't have that problem.
Congratulations on the new home. Why was entryway so scratched? That doorway looked a bit spooky. hmmm do you know how often they plow there after a snow storm? Are you getting a snow plow? And can't wait for more Strictly Dumpling uploads. :)
Rebecca You are so right! Snow plow & riding lawnmower are must haves. Mikey probably got a VERY good deal & the people wanted out. It's a fixer-upper, for sure! Excellent first home, Mikey! Well done!
Beautiful house. WHY LINK creepiness to house. .? Treasure it. You bought it with your hard earn money. No one love your house otter than yourself . Happy.
The main house is good except the small door leading to I don't know. You will have a lot of renovation. The garden will look beautiful once it was cleaned and arranged properly. The barn is good can be use as playhouse for the children. Congrats and good luck to your new house.
I love it!! Congratulations!! ...i think your an undercover country boy at heart 🐓🐄🎻 💓😀 ....and p.s.-lay off the scary movies for a while.. Get out there and check out the stars at night- you'll know how nice it is then.
wow that place is absolutely gorgeous that barn is dreamy and that patio furniture would only need a good cleaning. you bought yourself a little gem there thats for sure
Haha, I love how scared you are. I grew up in the middle of nowhere and I LOVED it but sometimes I would get scared when I was home alone and I would turn all the lights on and put the music up super loud, haha. Have fun. Looks like it’s gots a lot of potential and I love living near lots of trees. Good earth vibes.
You could move your parents into the second house! They'd get their privacy, and you'd still be right there to help out as needed ETA if you ever have kids, you could fix up the shed as a playhouse
Congratulations Mikey! I'm SO happy for you! Thank you for taking us with you on your journeys and sharing your life with us! You've worked so hard for this and you deserve every bit of it!
Good for you! Love watching your videos. Thanks!
Jenna L Everytime you write your name its an L! lol
Love when good things happen for this guy!
don't you mean"every BITE of it!"
Da Dum CRASH!!!
I'll show myself out now...
Now, now can't we all just agree that we're happy for Mike getting a home? I'm sure we can, let's not be rude.
Before buying a new property to live in, always bring a puppy or a cat with you and let the critter explore the house. If he starts barking at something you can’t see, it is a good signal that you should look elsewhere
That is a great idea. Been thinking about getting a new space for my business, will definitely take my cat along for this.
If I were you, I'd change all of the door locks to enter the house and barn. Especially the one to the basement/pantry. Put a deadbolt lock there. Every time you buy a house you must change the locks. It seems suspicious that the basement door was wide open.
Laze8ful good advice
I thought the same thing. Change locks and probably whole door.
Laze8ful he should just purchase a new house lmao
new house with neighbors and a really new house
To me...your house has a total chill vibe. Nothing creepy or scary at all. I got relaxing and carefree vibes from your home.
Same 👍
First thing I'd is turn that foundation into a 2 car garage. Car ports suck in the winter.
or a heli pad
Ironwolff69 car ports really aren't that bad in the winter, keeps all the snow off and car is protected.
Mike: *saw a creepy house*
Mike: I'll take it
Mike: I'll find the closest gun store.
Mike sees the price
Mike: I'll take it
lol, just borrow Matt from demolition ranch's gun closet, trespassers will go running when they see it.
Jackie chan can take care of the enemies
My same thought. He is just like the characters of horror movies hahahaha
Get a LOT more firewood. Make sure it is seasoned. That means it's been outside and dried for a year. Green wood won't work well with that fireplace. Also, now (before winter) get a chimney sweep to come out and sweep it clean and test it to be sure it's safe.

You are a nice person, I will keep you in prayer, may the good Lord Yahweh bless and keep you child, shalom to you
Serene Wong - I think he needs that with that haunted house
Hope Walker #experience
Mike, stop saying negative things about your home. The more you talk about negative creepy things, the more you are inviting them into your home. :-) Say positive things always. Blessings!
true
you're joking right?
I don't think that's how it works...
nope he is actually scaring them off. he makes fun of it. also those weird creepy things are not real. also he will not buy that if he truly is scared by it
Dislike numero uno

the only way to get rid of these creepy feelings is not to live in the middle of nowhere
lol... oh man i wish it was that cheap. im from san francisco and you gotta pay so much more for a small house there.
wait legit tho, 1.5mill at least for a house here in Cupertino .-.
Looks like a great place, yes getting a dog or two will be good company ,you have enough place for a pool too..
Mike that house is gorgeous and a real testament to your success. wishing you many happy years there 😊
As a single female living alone, I wouldn't get a big house in the country far away from people but it is nice to be able to be loud without worrying about disturbing the neighbors. Congrats on your new house!

MasterJP28 I hope he has the resources and time to take care of all the animals if he listens to your advice
xtaylorxboyx I have 1 dog and 3 cats. We don't have a lot of money at all. Our motto is: animals first! ;)
MasterJP28
MasterJP28 cats eat lizards so no lizards
MasterJP28 but definitely dogs and a cat
I'm amazed how you can buy a house with so many parts just spooking you!
Awe, wow! mike, your house is beautiful and FULL of potential! That is the reason why I came here.

Yes and in the middle of the night singing children😰😬 That’s according to mike by the way😅

that is not a creepy house, its beautiful. build fires, make a garden, explore all of your territory and theres nothing to be afraid of at all.
There's alot to be afraid of luving in a isolated house like serial killers, angry spirits, wild animals attacks and more 😀
killergreen1984 i agree... So much beaytiful potential

yuk why americans always want to paint colors and ruin a good looking wood. Just refinish the wood, that's 100X better.

Bro, my heart trembles while watching that tour. 😂😂 I can't live alone like that. Imma need 10 people to live with me.
I would love being alone, I hate living with people except my girlfriend. Because the one day you want peace and quiet and alone time it's impossible

With a little tlc, this could be a priceless gem!
It's funny how creeped out he is by his own house lol
It's a feeling of pure adrenaline rush--I felt it some just by watching. It's very exciting to be a first time homeowner, and he's doing it all himself I believe. How great!!
I can’t believe how creeped out u were
I'd be scared too 😂 I was scared for him
lol....
you know it is an act, don't you?
Congrats on the new house Mikey. It's an amazing place!! Well deserved👍🏼
Thanks :-)
You bought a house that you are scared in, good luck!
It's been a year, time for another Mikey Cave tour
Hey! congratulations on your very own house. the space is amazing and has alot of potential. you can also remove some walls and make the house more open. The floor/tiles/walls needs to be changed yo make it more modern cottage style house. Get a doggo and you're set!
I was also very scared of my own house since it is big and in the middle of nowhere but I eventually found it cozy~ Congratulations on the house ♡
Thanks :-)
Please make a video again when the house is already furnished 😄
Your new house is nice and serene. So far, i didn't see any creepy thingee..lol. Good luck and have a good life living in your newly bought house. God bless you Mike!
Mikey!! Where's your update?? Would love to see how your house is doing now! :)
G95impala good try mr serial killer!
Would be nice to see the upgrade
@G95impala I think it's Middleton, NY, that's the address in his description.
Mikey, make sure to buy a couple powerful flashlights and some backup batteries, you're going to need it.
Mikey, get curtains for all windows and doors. Get a pet. Get Alexa, cameras for the outside, weapons, lights, and just a bunch of fun things
I never felt save having the first floor window with no bar or curtain. Mostly the curtain at night
"i have a really big deck" love you mikey, great house!!
Mikey, congratulations to you. I love being a homeowner it is liberating. I can't wait to see your home after you decorate. Don't forget to add a lot of color with pillows and throw blankets. Hope you add a wife and kids to your life and happy home, God bless.
Pillows and throw blankets ? This place needs more than that...a lot more !
Kevin I am talking about finishing touches only. I agree with you on that one. I love to decorate so finishing touches are very important.
Paint all those dark walls inside white or cream! That will make the whole place brighter.
Help him witha wife by giving him your daughters number Rosi
Ha Ha aha ha aha aha hhhhhhhhh. He would have to wear platform shoes my daughter is 6 feet tall.
attic access will be a game changer if you need any repairs. you will love love love those access points.
Hi, I know you were worried about security, If you have the funds. You may want to think about installing roll down shudders on your windows and doors. Not only are they good for security but also for storms and animals trying to get in. There are lots of options available. Congrads on the new home. =)
That house is scary as hell. Get you about 4 roommates to keep you company. I could not spend one night in that house by my self.
It's not so bad
If you see random flowers growing on an unmanned garden, you won’t want to know what buried under there
The road that leads to mike house don't have a street light so it's creepy at night, the house just need a lots of lights and it shouldn't be bad.
He needs a lot of kids in that big house it'll make it brighter
Mike, may the good Lord Yahweh bless and keep you, shalom to you. You are a nice person, continue cooking
Yahweh means Jesus in native American culture, no?
Hi there, Yahweh is the correct name of God as used in the Bible, God bless.
unebonnevie, hi Yahweh is Hebrew, God bless
Nice house with lots of potential! Great for an organic garden! Can’t wait for an update on how nice you’re going to remodel!
That house is so no what I pictured you buying. I thought you would buy a very modern, hi-tech abode. It will certainly take time to get used to it, but get a big dog and you'll be fine.
haha me neither
I was thinking the exact same thing. Can't wait to see part2 and how you've adapted to rural from the city life and hear your opinions on such a change. That living room though... holy crap. Wood burning fireplace, so much natural light and it's huuuge. Tons of space for entertaining indoors and out. Got me all jealous. Except for the possible ghosts, I'm good with not having those.
Get ready to deal with a CRAAAAP TON of critters of all shapes and sizes
@mikeychen didn't expect you to buy a house like that. It needs a lot of work and I can't see you actually taking advantage of all the property cut good luck
Pat Frank even big dog will runaway for ever very next day ! That's scary as hell !
Mikey, please get a dog. And a good security system. Please. And keep us updated, too!
Maxine Fedora i second this!! he definitely needs them
i would keep 3 dogs. if i lived in that house
Cameras everywhere !
Maxine Fedora if he is lucky ! Just kidding! Scary as hell!
He travels too much to have a dog.
It would suck if you're watching a paranormal hunter show on tv/UA-cam, and you realize your new home was featured on one of their episodes.
simplestrum omg this made me laugh so much
simplestrum so funny
did he even look at the house before he bought it, hes like discovering all these things on camera.
My same thoughts😅
Same
Ahaaaahahahaah
Mike your house is so scary
The fridge is empty
LOL!
Summer Zhang so true
Lmao
Hamilfan Is here lol lmao
1. get a gun
2.get a spare gun
3. get a spare gun for your spare gun
Steven Mora 😀😀😀😀😀😀
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA!!!!!
Get a 12 gauge shotgun...when the zombies come around always aim for the head....if they don't have a head after you shoot them they get very disoriented and can't see and are basically harmless. I know this works 'cause I saw it in a movie once.
Steven Mora e needs a big dog as well
You forgot the spare gun for the spare gun for the spare gun.
Before you try to light that fireplace have it professionally cleaned. You have no idea what has built a nest in there. otherwise awesome house! 🎂🏡🌟
That barn would be a great guest tiny house... not to mention the extra bedrooms in the main house. Airbnb baby!
Congrats, Mikey!!!! You gonna love it there. Best grow yoself a veggie garden so you dont always have to be running to town to buy fresh food. Actually grocery veggies aren't fresh anyway.
What if when you said, "is anyone there?"
Someone's like "No." Lol
What if someone be like “come in” lolol
"You rang?" Baritone vibrato.
Are you still this freaked out by your house? It’s gorgeous.
wowww your house is great! let's paint and hire a decorator! so much storage and green space, excellent
Scary on the outside
Gorgeous on the inside
Just like me
Xzor 😂😂😂
I think the outside can be charming. All it needs is some well placed window boxes and planters, some perennials added and it will look amazeballs IMHO!!!! Even that barn/shed is great!!! Bet he will end up using it! Good place to put a mower, maybe a snowblower, yardtools, etc etc. The creep factor will leave when it starts filling up and feeling like a home!
LOL
sounds like my ex Gf
" it looks very creepy " * Mikey still goes in *
Jiayi Lee iiii
The foundation is the perfect place for a guest cottage for the people who you want to visit you, but you just don't want them to stay in your house...
You should start setting up as many home alone traps as possible at every window and entrance.
Congratulations you're going to enjoy because you have no neighbors! And God bless your new home!- Sincerely, Fat Toad
Love this video, any update of your house? Please share with us 😊
He's too busy travelling. ;-)
Thanks for sharing..
i think that second foundation is for a garage, not a second house.
Leviathan 大李 could be a "carriage house", aka a guest house... or a nice workshop.
Lots of potential!
Leviathan 大李 or maybe the "foundation for a house" is actually just poured cement to hide what is buried undereneath forever....
Leviathan 大李 The barn would actually make a good guest house
I agree with the second foundation to be a garage. People, sometimes, have huge garages like three or more car ones. The orange flowers in back were lilies, I think maybe day lilies. All in all, it's a beautiful place and looks peaceful there. I loved the spiral stairs, also! :D
Nope. It has water, power, and sewage lines. Not for a garage.
I'd love an updated version of this with all your furniture and renovations done!
All your missing is a gun, dog and a lot of holy water
hahaha holy water
Lol.
Lol!!! You are right, you need a gun or three, but you also need BIG dogs. Get the dogs trained too!
he is chinese. he got his hands!
😂
For a guy that spends so much time traveling, I'm surprised you bought such a huge house. House in the woods reminds me of the movie Hush!
UA-cam money is paying well it seems.
The outside of the house is a bit scary but inside the house is beautiful.
Mikey's Haunted Mansion Episode 1
Luigi's Mansion
*_Mike's Mansion_*
The ghost asks him if he'd like the filet mignon or grilled spatchcock for his in-fright meal.
dolcegabbanaforever ok this house has EVERYTHING horror movie could ask for 😂😂😂. far from people, attic, basement, barn, etc. hes so brave to live there😅
lol ur comment made me laugh so hard !
Seriously..?? I mean who would live in e woods ALONE...?
Dude... Your door shows signs of forced entry... Did you get a full history, because people like to steal copper piping and such when houses go vacant or up for sale.
forced entry means
Swaroop J are you for real you dum dum
Squiggle Worm, that was just kinda stupid
Swaroop J Hahaha
I noticed that too, and thought WTF!
I clicked on this right after watching you buy your parents a home in New York. I’m guessing I’ve missed a lot of changes in the three years between the two videos. PS I smiled when you were afraid of the darkness outside. I get it. But at the same time, it’s remote but probably safer than a busy city would be lol
You should do a follow up video of after you fix up your home up. Great video btw
King The German Shepherd you should be his pet
Look on the bright side, no one can hear his kidnapped victims' screams. Muhahahahahahahahahahahaha!
Jam Slam Omg reminds me of the show OA
Mike get security system. Yeah you do need a dog. a Big dog and you should invite people over there a lot so you won't be lonely peace.
questh2008 or just buy a gun?
+Kush Brny New York has some of the strictest gun laws in America. Doubtful he can get a gun, only certain people may get guns in NY, like Jewelry store owners. But if Mike ever gets like 10 million subs on UA-cam, he can definitely show evidence for the need of a gun because of his internet fame.
dee bee doesn't he have 10m subs already? He has so many channels I lost count...
questh2008 maybe 2-3 dog lol
questh2008 Yes, it's way too big for a bachelor. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
He's so creep out by his own home which is frightening me on his every step tour. Lmao! And by the way he explain his house, it's almost like he bought this big house just to use the kitchen while every other room and space stay close and untouch.
I was doing some work online when your vid popped up. Congratulations Mike! All the best! Now you need house warming gifts! 😃👍👍
pegw legg He should open a P.O. box 😊😊😊let is shower him
I need ghostbusters... hehe
Mikey Chen I'll go get you some holy water if you need. LOL I've lived in scary loomimg places, ghosts don't seem to pay me any attention.
Well done!
ummm idk...I think I will, why is it so scratched? I hope not ghosts
D Mayfield: Pervious owners' dogs' toes?
April Baker i thought i was the only one who was positive about this.
April Baker
Would do the same.
reminded me of the house in Conjuring 2 lol
What a beautiful house 😁 you'll love it when you make it your own 👍
wow that place is absolutely gorgeous that barn is dreamy and that patio furniture would only need a good cleaning. you bought yourself a little gem there thats for sure
You asked your basement, " Anybody there ?" And your basement replied. "No. Come right in." THEN you should pee in your pants.
Ghost 1 : No, come right in!
Ghost 2 : You fool! Why you do that?!
Ghost 1: Because I love Jackie Chan!
I love how he keeps saying "this is spooky, if I disappear, this is creepy" yet he still bought it! LOL silly mike
Mike! Living in the woods is actually the best thing ever. The privacy is worth the ghosties.
I can't even imagine a night spending alone in this house
"here i have a really big deck"- mike 2017
"here I have a Little tiny deck" 4:43 mike 2017
If you trim the bush by your deck it'll look even bigger! Lol
Yo bro im really really happy for you, but i just gotta say you got balls of steel to live alone there.
lol i die soon
I think the only thing you will have to worry about is greedy wildlife, (bears,) and mischevious teenagers who know you are new to the area.
Did you move your stuff in yet?
losang yolmo ikr
he probably has girls over to slurp noodles together
You could move your parents into the second house! They'd get their privacy, and you'd still be right there to help out as needed
ETA if you ever have kids, you could fix up the shed as a playhouse
