This was not a sound test from the jbl 4312A, i didn't use a dedicated microphone because the video is about chromecast. The real sound test of the JBL 4312A comes later
Important: if you want your chromecast to play on a decent stereo, make sure you activate "high dynamic range" in the settings. The standard settings are meant for pc speakers and similar crap.

@@user-xk7pk7wq1x Yes, on the Chromecast Audio settings. It is in the "Sounds" settings section. I got to mine from the Google Home app.

Where is your akai am 93? I just bought a akai am 32. It has a beautiful sound. With my magnat msp 50 i miss a lot of bass, but with my philips 22ah489 it sounds perfect. Groetjes Christiaan.

Hi guys. Good video. Question. I have an old technics hifi. You mentioned something about optical out? I have a digital optical out, can I plug my Chromecast in that? If so what lead do i need? The only other holes are ext in and out? Hope you can help! :)

If i get a chromecast and hook it up to my surround sound system, can I also hook up the same chromecast (via wifi) to a wireless speaker (wifi) and have music coming from the surround sound and the wireless speaker at the same time?
