I'm just shocked that there's not a thermistor in the mirror to help prevent that. Considering it's a "high end" vehicle. Or have it on a timer. Great video by the way. I had to watch it because I've never seen that before with a mirror. 😆😆

It would be great if someone could replicate Toyota's mirror reinforcement kit to address their mirror-shake defect on some of their recent models. Their kit which addresses their defect via TSB is $300 and consists of nothing more than a stiffening bracket. I'd rather DIY it since I don't want their techs butchering the door-cards, but I'm not paying $300 for their kit.
