School is in session. Thanks for the video. I learned a lot about how the brakes work in the process.

You can also just replace the pistons and rubber seals if the calipers are in good shape. I’m not replacing an oem caliper with aftermarket.

Love these videos but on this one did you install the rotor on the wrong side? Those slots should be acting to send the water or dust etc out away from the hub where this one you show at the end is actually positioned to send water ets inward towards the hub.

You forgot to mention that manufacturers have been using thinner brake lines since 2000 that I know of. I had a little nervous split o n me at highway speed. No fun. Fortunately, I was thinking n the fast lane and pulled up into the inner breakbown lane before a crash occured. My mech said he replaced a lot of lines these days.
I never had this problem with any pre 90s vehicle

I've read online that drilled and slotted rotors are prone to sqealing. Havr you noticed that being the case?
If you do have squealing brakes, what is a common cause and effective solution?

Question. So, if I want to boroscope my pistons, extracted sparks and see that the needed piston is in upper position. I would need to rotate engine crancshaft to move pistons. A good idea to use ignition and rotate crancshaft by trying to start the car, but to prevent engine from actually starting (most likely one side will have sparks and another will not). So, would it be a good idea to remove fuel pump relay and rotate the engine by ignition key, or should it be EFR? I have Sienna 2008 with 2GR-FE, if it matters.
