Good video! I’m going to try more oil in my fuel. And get some micro drills at China freight. Thx👍

This is some pretty advanced stuff you are talking about in your videos. I drill from the top. I also CNC cylinder heads with cooling fins for saws. They stay cool and I use effectively race saws for cutting firewood wide open tank after tank. A fully built 372 is all you need. I have a new 592 and my 372 has more torque and far more top end power. I run 32" bar no problem at all. Here in NZ guys don't run ported saws to much. I don't get it, using a stock saw is like watching paint dry. Even a quick squish clearance and port tidy up makes a decent gain.

Is this advised if you’ve removed say .008-.012 evenly off of the back side of the ring for less wear and resistance?

If doing this with something that has a fairly wide exhaust port, would it be best to keep these away from the exhaust port?

you might have just let the cat out of the bag,,, we spend a lot of money on my grandsons bikes and engines, 7k on a bike , 5k on the engine 2k on the forks and so on ,, easy 15k on each bike , i just started cutting the tops of the pistons on my mill and spray the top with cerekote,, our pistons are not cheap there about $100 each and if we get them cut $180,, Tanner lives in florida training for this year, we live in NY ,

Great the wished the quality was was better camera. I'm into the chainsaw porting myself and I'd like to try some of this on a piston. Is there any way you can get a better shot exactly where your putting the holes? And what size diameter hole are you using to put in the piston? What about the guys that are going down through the top of piston yes i understand it has to be right at the back side of the ring groove and can't go down anymore than the ring grove when coming in from the top....but what is a good starting size diameter thanks for any info that your willing to share

Muchas gracias , me encanta tu contenido y preparaciones y trucos ,un saludo👌👍

How much compression could be lost by the piston reliefs cut to get the air behind the ring more efficiently or is it enhanced by the overall decrease in air/fuel loss bypassing the ring?
