200 series land cruisers are awesome; i have a LX570 myself; i've driven the diesel version with manual transmission when i was deployed to afghanistan
I got my buddy this same exact model. We wound up dropping in rebuild engine. We got it initially with 340k. ( I don't know how the previous owner managed to put that much mileage but he did) Truck runs like a beast. Gas milage is awful. So forget asking but he gets about 10 miles in the city and 17 highway.
I've owned a few Land Cruisers, and they all have tremendous capability aling with World-class reliability. This is the one I REALLY want in the states, but it will be a while before we can import this fine ass nugget, with LHD and Diesel factory V8 power from Toyota. Maybe you could show some of it's capability in your next vid, from the Philippines.
If it is from Canada run. If the title is ok and condition is prestine I would buy it up to 28000 USD if it comes in white and 31000 USA if it comes in black.
Philippine plate. I hope the Land Cruisers after 2021 still retain that sweet 1VD-FTV diesel V8, or Toyota hopefully makes a new diesel V8 for it. An engine fit for an off-road king.
Got a weak spot towards diesel powered cars, I drive a Hyundai i30 with a 1.6L 4 cylinder diesel engine, Iove it, not crazy fast but for some reason it feels cool...
@@woodsmotors5086 mainly because they're indestructible, are cheap to repair (but they'll never break), and have excellent resale values. In the Middle East, where temperatures hit 50*C, Land Cruisers are the way to go if you want a trouble-free vehicle. None of that European crap.
I used to think that! but then I got my hands on a Land Cruiser. I own a 2016 TRD Pro and 2015 Limited. The difference between The LC and TRD Pro Is apparent from the way it handles terrain to it's ride quality. The Ride quality was more like my Limmited. The limmited has a stiffer suspension, you can put a coin on the dash and it won't slide around. But my TRD pro..it's not an easy truck to drive, I don't care what anyone says. It just wobbles all over the place. And at high speeds less than 90 more than 70, I don't have trust like I do with the limmited. I would say the Limmited is actually Harsh when compared to the LC the LC adjust height and suspension handling like a dream. The TRD pro works great. But it's not as composed as the LC on road. Plus the nice beefy V8 is a dream. The V6 really works at times.
Fucking non. I'm filipino and I'm fucking sad that EPA fucked up american car guys. In NA we don't get the cool shit. In the Philippines there are plenty of these suvs.
Sir is worth to buy a 2010 land cruiser in early 2022 vs newer midsize suv's like fortuner, montero etc. The land cruiser will still cost a little bit more around 2.2m to 2.5m
Hi! You sound American, but you ain’t in the USA... where are you? Cause these awesome diesels were never available in da US of A. Puerto Rico? Dominicans?
Or you could buy a Range Rover. Sure, not as reliable but it’s just as capable off-road, looks better, sounds better, much, much quicker (I have a 4.4TDV8). Oh, and it has hella more luxury than moving seats.
I prefer v8 diesel than V8 5.7 petrol... Diesel low end torque, very sweet than a petrol...
wht? according to i've read, petrol powered vehicles are more comfort than diesl......
pikachu mouse it’s also more efficient than the petrol. Way more efficient.
we had the 5.7 series 200 and it was perfect, now we have LX570. retro, is better
pikachu mouse I agree
Viscous Force nope, since the diesel doesn’t rev as hard as the petrol, which makes it last longer in time.
This vehicle is THE vehicle to have. Reliable, comfortable, spacious, gracious and elegant looks, v8 power. Practical, durable, built to a purpose.
What are the numbers ? Fuel efficiency? Horse power ? Torque ??
Do you still have your land cruiser? Have you capped EGR valve? Any issues with egr / carbon clogged air inlet? Or truck running fault free
Is this dude really excited about having power seats?
White Boy yes bro, simple things in life 😂
Yes, @ 8:45 he was having O, O , ogasm 🤭. Nice review, subbed bro
White Boy I don’t have power seats...

FLG8R I agree with you amigo! More power to you!
Driving armoured land cruisers became a norm for the international organisations in Afghanistan😅

Chad thanks bro when I get a chance to take it through its paces then I’ll video it
Im looking at a 2009 LC w/ 164k miles on it but 1 owner. Shoulf i jump for it or run away? Thanks for any advice on what to look out for.
If it is from Canada run. If the title is ok and condition is prestine I would buy it up to 28000 USD if it comes in white and 31000 USA if it comes in black.
Very interesting video but one question on a full fuel tank how many kilometers can you achieve in a full city driving ?
With an auxiliary 40 gallon tank you can go 1,500 highway miles without filling up.
Hello, what do you think about buying a 2011 LC with 59683 miles (96050 km) in $35.000?
albertosamaniego oh wow, that sounds good but pricy tag on it amigo. Would maybe check out some other prices around your area. Happy hunting!
Sounds ok to me if it is a one owner car with, service manual and prestine condition. It can go a million mils still.
A 2010 ZX 4.6L Petrol 200 series in Indonesia today would cost around USD 50K with any mileage.

Sadly its 3.3l v6 diesel
@@amg_gts1239 What a shame. But hey, I’m not buying a diesel tank for hp anyway. Torque wins in the end.
