By far i think they have one of the most advance systems in the market for the price. Sadly japanese dont know how to advertise. DSM did it, I only get 11 MPG and hard to drive around town because of gear ratio, suspension is a constant issue because of trying to gain and keep a balance between off the line performance, R Track, Street and wheels and tires, she is a garage queen in the winter and never hit 200 miles of street use a year, the real mile use is Track

this generation would rape any previous eclipse, it has the most power and beats old v8 mustangs and 350z. It has the most potential and very underrated just because its not a "DSM" anymore

I have bought another 2007 that we will be making into a minimum of 210 mph, my current Eclipse has hit 156 MPH

It's not that newer ecplise model is ugly, It's just that the 2000-2003 models set the bar so high
It has aged well. It looks more agressive than the new one
Suspension in these are pretty good, took my friends around a fairly non aggressive corner at 80mph and the tires squealed before the car tilted.
Please bring back the 1999 design :(
