But they’d rather get ratings and controversy and knowingly send him back with everyone knowing he’s a plant. Also…moving him to another part of the jail is pointless. They were outsmarted by Drip. I’ve seen this repeatedly on this show. Notice how whenever a participant tells the sheriffs what they need to improve on or what their issues are in the jail, the sheriffs have this smug attitude and basically dismiss everything they say. For example, the girls in S5. They banded together and then they started getting the other girls to complain about the unsanitary conditions. I’m revenge, the guards started targeting them and spreading word they were in a program. They knew this and the sheriff never addressed it. It’s happened multiple times. Ryan is another one. The sheriffs bitched at him and said he “failed” because he’d help inmates and also ran a commissary store instead of just get info on them. He excelled as an inmate. He basically told them “you guys create this environment, not my fault”. They got pissed because he was right. Production and the sheriffs just want controversy, ratings and people to tap out. They don’t want people to really expose the corruption

How about this, I got pulled over and supposedly there were drugs in my car. Im fightin my case and aint gonna talk abou it. How about, cop says he clocked me 105 mph and it was the third time and they hit me for habitual wreckless driving. How about, I got in a bar fight and hit a dude with a bottle and the cops came and arrested me. How hard is it to make up a story about getting arrested for gods sake.

I'm a skinny white boy and i made it 5 years in a mostly black system and i was fine because i always had my paperwork and i never disrespected anyone. If i was ever considering doing something that i thought might cause me problems, i would always ask the person who ran the block of it was ok or not because sometimes you could do something that causes the CERT team to run in and destroy your block and throw people in the hole, then if the block knows you caused it, you're DONE! It's either check into protective custody, which is basically isolation from every other inmate, or you're gonna be paying a ridiculous amount of rent to multiple people and get beat just to continue living in population.
In So-Cal, if someone didn't have their paperwork you take their ID card and call up bail bonds asking what "your" charges are. The bail bonds don't know what that person actually sounds like on the phone. Just give them the name and inmate number and they'll tell you what they're charged with.

All jails in my state have a roster. The bigger jails update those twice a day. If someone’s name isn’t there, either they aren’t in that jail or they are a plant. So easy to look that up as you said, probably in every state.
I'm from Philadelphia Pennsylvania and most of the time your right the CO tells a block worker or someone who's been in the Pod a while what new individuals are locked up for.
Then they need to be fired and criminally charged. That’s legally protected information. COs who refuse to follow the law are on the wrong side of the bars.

In the west coast if you are in jail people will look you up online if you are in prison you will have a set amount of time to provide your paperwork. They usually give you X amount of days that are more than enough to get it sent in. They will tell you right where to send and ask for it and help you mail it out. But you definitely need it.
I did time in Ohio,and didn't get my paperwork till I was in for a few weeks. A porter actually delivered my paperwork . Crc in Ohio is receiving. Once I was classified and sent off you better have that paperwork. If not you got a bad jacket.

I lost my paper work from moving around so my in the San Bernardino county system luckily after I got sentenced I seen some people from a former dorm and they vouched for me
Here in Tennessee you get what is called a TOMIS sheet every quarter year and it has your complete felony record on it for what you're in for at the current and any past sentences you may have served, and everybody kept it all ready at all times

What I find so funny is, you have to live by their prison rules. But yet not one of these criminals can live by the rules on the outside. America needs to go back to locking them down for 23 hour's a day again at all prison's.

In New orleans or Gretna lock up everytime they do roll call or whatever they call ur wristband number you say ur name and the read all the charges outloud in front of the whole cell.

I think your half right about the soft DP homeboy got. Sometimes there's strict directions how you get in line for chow. If they are just grabbing tray where the kitchen workers don't have physical access to the block, they know by number order which tray can have contraband or extras for the homies..its big in county jail because you aren't going to a mess hall
Worked with MANY people on the west coast and papers were ALWAYS a given from what I heard. Never been behind bars but every single one of them said good papers were a literal life saver. Without it you might as well be rubbing your muddy boots all over a dudes expensive couch!

I did time in Ohio,and didn't get my paperwork till I was in for a few weeks. A porter actually delivered my paperwork . Crc in Ohio is receiving. Once I was classified and sent off you better have that paperwork. If not you got a bad jacket.

Here in Tennessee you get what is called a TOMIS sheet every quarter year and it has your complete felony record on it for what you're in for at the current and any past sentences you may have served, and everybody kept it all ready at all times
I took it a step further when I did my time. Not only did I keep my paperwork in the safe, but my entire discovery motion. 😮😂

What I find so funny is, you have to live by their prison rules. But yet not one of these criminals can live by the rules on the outside. America needs to go back to locking them down for 23 hour's a day again at all prison's.

I think your half right about the soft DP homeboy got. Sometimes there's strict directions how you get in line for chow. If they are just grabbing tray where the kitchen workers don't have physical access to the block, they know by number order which tray can have contraband or extras for the homies..its big in county jail because you aren't going to a mess hall

Worked with MANY people on the west coast and papers were ALWAYS a given from what I heard. Never been behind bars but every single one of them said good papers were a literal life saver. Without it you might as well be rubbing your muddy boots all over a dudes expensive couch!

Probably just to make it more dramatic. If the plants had official paper work that made them look legit, there would be no tension like what you see in this episode where the real inmates are trying to verify the plants story.

not a single one of these participants cover stories are ever legit enough lmao. like can they not put them temporarily in their system for when inmates try checkin up on them?? this is a huge problem i see and puts the entire program in jeopardy if you ask me!
also, why don’t they get HELP coming up with their cover stories or at the verrrry least run that shit by the sherriff and her 2nd in command for feedback? like wtf thats the craziest shit to me and literally the biggest red flag for the program.

In the prison I was in u wasn't supposed to look other inmates they don't listen they will take a week in the whole to put the word out on someone then u ain't supposed to discuss someone else's charges it was strict at the prison I was in an the first time I went they separated the ppl with aids the second time they put them with everyone else an if u told about someone having it another thing that can get u in trouble I wish they would do it in prison so diff
