Lyrics
Big man, pig man
Ha, ha, charade you are
You well heeled big wheel
Ha, ha, charade you are
And when your hand is on your heart
You're nearly a good laugh
Almost a joker
With your head down in the pig bin
Saying 'Keep on digging'
Pig stain on your fat chin
What do you hope to find
Down in the pig mine?
You're nearly a laugh
You're nearly a laugh
But you're really a cry
Bus stop rat bag
Ha, ha, charade you are
You fucked up old hag
Ha, ha, charade you are
You radiate cold shafts of broken glass
You're nearly a good laugh
Almost worth a quick grin
You like the feel of steel
You're hot stuff with a hatpin
And good fun with a hand gun
You're nearly a laugh
You're nearly a laugh
But you're really a cry
Hey you, Whitehouse
Ha, ha, charade you are
You house proud town mouse
Ha, ha, charade you are
You're trying to keep our feelings off the street
You're nearly a real treat
All tight lips and cold feet
And do you feel abused?
You got to stem the evil tide
And keep it all on the inside
Mary you're nearly a treat
Mary you're nearly a treat
But you're really a cry

Genius. Just a genius masterpiece album.
It's so good, right? Sheep is up next - Thank you for your support. Are you liking the 2018 remix?
This is the track that really benefits from the remix to me. It truly rocks now.
It's not a popular stance, but I find the remix much better for listening to the details. Thanks for watching.
I was 12 when I first heard this in the mid 80s and it changed my life and my love of music, their entire catalog. Yeah you associate Frampton with the talk box, but I take Gilmour doing it any day. I wished he utilized it more often. I know he did on Keep Talking, not sure if there were any otherss
Thanks for sharing your story! It's incredible how music can leave a lasting impact, especially at such a young age. Gilmour’s talk box work is legendary-Keep Talking is another great example. Pink Floyd's catalog is full of gems like this. Thank you for watching!
Dave uses a Telecaster on the whole album. That somewhat explains the harsher/more raw/cutting guitar sound
This album is badass through and through. That Telecaster is raunchy (in a good way)
Correct - David Gilmour played bass (fretless) on this and "Sheep" because Roger Waters couldn't get the right sound himself. More Gilmour talkbox magic and guitar as well. Years ago (more than I care to think about), I used this track to properly set my woofers and subs.
Gilmour's touch on the bass and talkbox adds a unique depth to Pigs and Sheep. It's cool that you used this track to dial in your woofers and subs-perfect choice for those rich, deep tones. Gilmour's versatility never ceases to amaze!

Thank you kindly for watching:)
Nice reaction! Nice remix - sounds sharp. My least favorite of the three main tracks on Animals, but still a fine song. Excellent drumming and sublime outgoing solo. Looking forward to Sheep!
Thanks! Pigs might not be everyone's top pick from Animals, but it’s still packed with those Floydian gems. The drumming and that outro solo really do stand out. Sheep was published yesterday:)
