It goes well even with the Pav Baji Bun, slightly toast the bun with butter and place the brinjal fry in-between the bun...👍

This is very common in West Bengal cooking but they don't use ginger paste but khus khus paste and less masala. Called begun bhaja it is a big favourite dish with rice and dal.
